Not upto the standard
I was very disappointed with my stay at sheraton colombo.while the peoperty itself looks modern.the overall experience did not meet the standards expected from a five star hotel. Considering the price charged.i expected much better service. I hope the management take this feedback seriously and improves the quality of service.

Bad service
I stayed with my family for one night and the property was excellent but the service was ZERO. I am not satisfied.
Great property, great location, great staff.
Quite well maintained property, with highly courteous staff. we went as a family with an infant and the staff went out of their way to make our way comfortable - at breakfast, in lounge, at reception (during check-in, check-out etc.). without asking, they arranged a cot for infant in the room. Ensured we could get enough veg options in lounge. Special thanks to Duty manager - Rahman. will definitely visit again, if i am back in Colombo.
P.S. views for higher floors are amazing.
Wonderful High Tea Experience
Had a wonderful High Tea experience at Sheraton with my girlfriend.. The food was fantastic, but what truly stood out was the exceptional service provided by Chamithu. He was extremely attentive, friendly, and made our evening even more special.
