I would especially like to recognize Vihagi from the Room Dining team. She was one of the most memorable people during our entire stay. The way she handled our calls was absolutely amazing 🤩 always so polite, warm, patient, and professional. Her lovely attitude and attention to detail made every interaction feel personal and welcoming. She is truly a wonderful representative of the hotel, and her service deserves the highest appreciation.I would also like to give a very special thank you to Gimhana, who delivered items to our room. His service was exceptional. He was courteous, efficient, respectful, and always made sure everything was taken care of perfectly. He genuinely went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. People like Vihagi and Gimhana are what make a hotel stay more than just a stay they create memories. Their kindness, professionalism, and dedication made our experience at Sheraton Colombo even more enjoyable and interesting.A huge thank you to the entire Housekeeping and Room Dining team for your wonderful hospitality. We had such a wonderful stay at Sheraton Colombo, but what made our experience truly special was the incredible Club Lounge team. A very special thank you to Nimesha & team, Kaveen, Anuradhika, Shamindri, Mihiransi, Yasmin, Jithuya, and Imesh. Every one of you was so warm, welcoming, attentive, and genuinely caring. We didn’t feel like we were simply hotel guests you made us feel truly welcomed and looked after throughout our stay. The biggest surprise came on our last day when the team prepared a special cake for us. It was completely unexpected and such a thoughtful gesture. That personal touch meant so much to us and was the perfect ending to our stay. Beautiful hotels are easy to remember, but it is the people and the way they make you feel that make you want to return. The Club Lounge team is a wonderful example of Sri Lankan hospitality and an incredible asset to Sheraton Colombo. Thank you all for making our stay so memorable. We will definitely be back! We stayed at Sheraton Colombo at the start of our holiday in Sri Lanka. It is an excellent hotel. Great service, rooms are very comfortable and have great views and pool also great. The staff are excellent and very organised. We had a great stay!

First time in Colombo , Sri Lanka . Stayed 4 nights at the Sheraton , Colombo .the staff at the hotel were excellent , very courtesies , ever obliging & helpful . More specifically Mr. Shafan from Front office . Shafan went out of his way to oblige me in what ever way for advising on site seeing , shopping and helped us personally to pack our luggage . Very very nice boy Shafan . Also the 2 Rooms we stayed were on 18nt floor were with excellent view , huge super bathrooms , house keeping daily cleaning was par excellence . The staff and the rooms were another second home at Colombo . Fantastic .👍👍👏👏👏
