I stayed at this hotel during our honeymoon tour after the wedding. I thought it was a nice hotel like everyone else we could visit throughout our tour. But no... from the outside it looks beautiful, bright and flashy. The rooms, despite our "bridal" era, are full of breakdowns and defects. Condensation everywhere and loss of water from the shower. The staff is also not attentive to customers... my husband and I had asked for two non-spicy dishes at dinner and they arrived super spicy. They also gave us a menu where we could choose a first or a second, and by default they offered salad and soup. They brought us the salad, but the soup never came. I pointed it out and they brought it along with the first dish we had chosen. Total disorganization. In addition to the fact that we all waited at least an hour before we had a menu in hand and could order at least the drinks. I wouldn't recommend it. They are not attentive to the customer and the hotel has maintenance-free failures of the air conditioning machines." I mean, they just take care of the window. And leaving aside the true care of the hotel, which must live and make the customer feel good. I wouldn't recommend it.
Good place for traveling. Food, rooms, swimming pool all were at high level, especially I would like note gym with special training assistance, not every hotel can offer this option. I think there weren't enough exercise machines in the gym, and if the hotel fixes this, a stay there will be unforgettable.
High tea is worth for the price.
