Hospitality Beyond Expectations
We had such a pleasant stay at Marino Beach Hotel. The hotel itself is beautiful, but what truly made our experience unforgettable was the incredible staff.
Unfortunately, we missed our flight and had to rebook, leaving us with an entire day before we could head to the airport. Even though we had checked out at 11:00 AM, the hotel kindly allowed us to stay in the lobby and enjoy the pool area.
We honestly felt a little embarrassed spending so many hours there after checking out, but not once did any member of the staff make us feel uncomfortable or unwelcome. Instead, they treated us with genuine kindness, warmth, and respect throughout the day.
That level of hospitality is something we’ll never forget. Thank you, Marino Beach Hotel, for turning a stressful situation into a much more comfortable one. We highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here
One of the best stays in Colombo
The hotel was very clean, the staff was very polite and friendly, and the food was amazing. The buffet had a lot of different options which was very authentic and very tasty. Highly recommend this stay :)
