Acceptional place, pathum, our housekeeper really did his job by tidying the room up, super spotless and very decorated rooms. Very minimalistic look. The food was also acceptional

Great Staff
This was my first stay at Jetwing Colombo. I came to visit my parents for a short visit from the U.S. I have stayed at a couple of different Jetwing hotels before but first time at this particular hotel. Since checking in the staff was fabulous. Everyone I encountered was courteous, friendly, and extremely professional. They accommodated an early check in for me and we enjoyed the morning breakfast everyday. Ms. Chathurika from the front desk (I believe she’s the guest relation manager) went above and beyond to deliver the best service for me and my mum. She made sure all our needs were fulfilled in a timely manner. The kitchen staff, Dumini, Sivo, Nimesha, and Nelumi were exemplary. Thank you for making my stay comfortable. We will definitely be returning.
