Excellent Hospitality
We had a wonderful stay at Hilton Residences. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. We would especially like to thank Supipi from Guest Relations for her exceptional hospitality . We truly appreciated the warm hospitality and excellent service throughout our visit. We look forward to staying at Hilton Residences again in the future.
Fantastic
We always have a great experience on Sundays with our 3 kids and friends. The service is great. The kids can enjoy the pool safely as they have lifeguards on watch continuously. Our favourite is Lakshan who is always of extra help. Highly recommend this hotel as a stay over or spend the day

Best Room Service Ever
Rachitha is our supporter and he did well for maintain the service at its best. We will come again and hope to get the servuce from rachitha again as he is very friendly to us.
Excellent service at "The Flow Restaurant"
We visited "The Flow Restaurant" at Hilton Colombo Residences on 23rd August 2026 for the International Dinner Buffet. It was a Birthday Celebration of a family member. The food was scrumptious and the spread of the Buffet was well planned and catered to everyones taste.
Mr. Bandara (Assistant Manager - Flow Restaurant) was very courteous and helpful at all times. He was very attentive to our needs and ensured we were comfortable throughout the dinner. The Stewards were also very attentive and customer oriented.
Special mention must be made of Mr. Migara Kulawardane (Assistant Manager - F&B Sales), who went out of his way to coordinate our reservation and make us happy and comfortable. His caring and positive attitude made our visit a memorable one.
We were very impressed by the service standards of the Flow Restaurant.
Life Guard Lakshan
This time the stay was good. Met one of the life guard Lakshan on the 3rd floor at the pool area. He was very kind everytime we go for swimming he greets us. Also, he taught us some of the good techniques regarding swimming. Thanks for this Lakshan :).
