Wonderful Stay & Exceptional Service
I just had an amazing stay at Hilton Colombo ( with my friends this time) and was truly impressed by the level of service and hospitality throughout my visit. What stood out to me most was the team’s exceptional attention to detail and personal approach. They personally met us, took the time to ensure that everything was exactly as it should be, and went above and beyond to make sure I was completely comfortable and well taken care of. I genuinely appreciated the professionalism, warmth, and care they showed. Having also stayed at other Hilton properties, including Hilton Kuala Lumpur ( for family holiday), where I experienced outstanding service, I feel Hilton Colombo certainly lives up to the high standards I associate with the Hilton brand. I would highly recommend Hilton Colombo and would absolutely love to return again, especially with my family next time.Thank you to the entire team for making my stay such a wonderful experience!

Beautiful people and stunning hotel. Highly recommend!
A lovely stay
Lovely location and view in the heart of Colombo. I loved the breakfast spread and loved watching the Ducks and the Koi fish at the pond. The staff are very welcoming and ready with a smile which makes us feel nice. Hilton Honors program gives a lovely deal which makes it the best Value for money.

Wonderful hotel
The location, the room was good and the staff were so friendly and helpful, breakfast was great ,,, and I’ll definitely come here again ,,, so hospitable staff and warm atmosphere.
