Good Housekeeping service senuda so very friendly good hotel
Such a pleasant end to our wonderful stay in Sri Lanka. The locals are so friendly and very accommodating especially with our concerns about halal food. Love that all the restrooms here use the bidet. The central air-conditioning was a bit too cold, though. Notch up to 23 degrees in summer would be great and in line with being eco-friendly. I'm impressed that being in the middle of Colombo, it is so clean it rivals with my own city of Singapore! Keep up the good work!
Staff went above and beyond to help me, especially Lomini. Rooms were great and had a decent shower. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
Location is Satisfactory to good. The atmosphere in the reception and other employees are extremely professional and helpful. I MUST make mention of one outstanding member of your team at the reception that was very friendly and she exudes positivity. She is Lomini.She brings an inviting atmosphere.
