Below every standard!
- room smells awful
- every 10 seconds some flashlight appears from the ceiling, very bright, very white
- at the streets there were some music bands playing, so much noise I couldn't sleep. Called reception at 22:00, they informeerde me at 23:00 it would be over. They didn't inform me another band would take over. At 00:15 I called again. Got a new room, but as the music was this loud, it didn't help at all. It was not until 1:00 the terrible noise stopped.
The worst thing then is that I was mis informed by reception

Location is Satisfactory to good. The atmosphere in the reception and other employees are extremely professional and helpful. I MUST make mention of one outstanding member of your team at the reception that was very friendly and she exudes positivity. She is Lomini.She brings an inviting atmosphere. Her presence will definitely encourage clients of yours to invite other family and friends to this beautiful hotel. God bless her abundantly.
