Warm welcome and a great time with friends
We visited Cinnamon Red Colombo with a group of friends and honestly had a wonderful time from the moment we arrived. Right at the entrance we were warmly welcomed by the security team, Chinthana & Asantha whose friendly smile and genuine hospitality instantly made us feel at home. It's rare to feel that kind of warmth from the very first person you meet, and it set the tone for our whole visit. The hotel itself is stylish and modern, with a great vibe that suited our group perfectly. We also joined the Saturday Haitian food experience, which was an absolute highlight. The flavours were rich and authentic, the spread was generous, and it made for such a fun and memorable evening with friends. And the rooftop view has to be the most beautiful part of it all. Watching the city stretch out below us, especially as the evening lights came on, was simply breathtaking. The staff throughout were attentive and welcoming. We'll definitely be coming back!

Lovely Hotel
Had a great stay at Cinnamon Red. The staff, Asantha, Dilan and Ashoka as the outside staff Roshini were all very courteous and helpful over the two days when we visited. To me this is the most important aspect over the aesthetics. Nevertheless, the facilities were lovely especially the gym and Infinity pool. Breakfast was good but we didn’t have lunch. The rooftop bar was lovely in the evening. Room comfortable and clean. Recommend the hotel.

Very nice place. The rooms are very clean and spacious. The spread of Buffett is large. The staff are very humble. Overall a great experience . Special mention of Room boy Udara who used to take care of my room and was maintained well.
Excellent Stay – Highly Recommended
I had a wonderful stay at Cinnamon Red. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional.
I had accidentally booked my reservation for the following day and only realized it after I arrived at the hotel. Even though it was completely my mistake, the staff handled the situation with professionalism and genuine kindness. They quickly helped me sort everything out and made me feel welcome from the very beginning. Their hospitality really stood out.
The hotel is modern, clean, and very well maintained. My room was spotless, comfortable, and had a beautiful view of the city. Everything felt fresh and well looked after.
The food was excellent, and the room service was quick and efficient. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly, polite, and always willing to help.
Overall, this was an excellent experience. Great customer service, comfortable rooms, delicious food, and a fantastic atmosphere. I would definitely stay at Cinnamon Red again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Colombo.
