Great location environment is also good

Our experience with the Cinnamon Lakeside Banquets team was extremely disappointing. We dealt with Mr. Daham, who was unprofessional and rude throughout our inquiry. Calls often went unanswered, responses were consistently delayed, and communication was poor. Instead of feeling valued as potential customers, we felt ignored and frustrated. When we raised these concerns with his supervisor, Ms. Madhu, we expected the matter to be handled professionally. Instead, she defended his behavior in a way that felt more like a spouse defending a husband than a manager objectively addressing a customer complaint. Rather than acknowledging our concerns, she appeared focused on justifying his conduct. That interaction left us with the strong impression that there was favoritism within the department and that customer feedback was not being taken seriously. Based on our experience, we would not recommend the Cinnamon Lakeside Banquets team for weddings or other events. We cannot comment on the hotel's other services, but our experience with the Banquets department fell far below the standards we expected from a five-star hotel.
