High Tea Buffet
Had a wonderful experience at Cinnamon Lakeside. The buffet had an excellent variety of food, and everything we tried was delicious. The cakes, buns, and sandwiches were especially impressive — everything was very fresh, and there was a great selection of cakes.
We also requested a birthday cake, and they kindly arranged one for us, which made the experience even more special. The Manager, Thusitha, Hansi, and the other lady who assisted us were extremely helpful and provided excellent service throughout our visit. Their friendly and attentive service made the experience even better.
Overall, we absolutely loved the food, variety, freshness, service, and atmosphere. Definitely a great place for a special occasion or a lovely buffet experience. Would highly recommend it!

Great Experience at the High Tea
We had our first experience at the high tea and it was great. Value for money and good service. Need to give a shout out to Thusitha.

I came from Australia and was keen to explore events around Colombo. Nishantha Kumara from the Lobby Lounge was incredibly helpful, communicative, and responsive from check-in throughout my stay. His excellent service made my experience even better. He is truly a great asset to the hospitality industry!

We came from Melbourne, and from the very first day, Nishantha made us feel so welcomed and valued. He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful, always going above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. He kept us updated about all the events and activities happening at the hotel and was always happy to assist us with anything we needed. His warm personality, professionalism, and genuine care for guests truly stood out. Thank you, Nishantha, for making our stay even more special.
