Had a wonderful experience at the Pool Bar, Bistro & Restaurant. The atmosphere was lovely, especially with the beautiful lake view. A special mention to the Restaurant Manager, Ajith, who truly made our experience memorable. He was exceptionally welcoming, attentive, and professional, and his personal attention to guests really stood out. I would also like to specially appreciate Lasantha,Sheriff,Dinuk,Dilukshika,Ravindu and all the staff for their warm hospitality, friendliness, and attentive service throughout our visit. They made us feel genuinely welcomed and well looked after.
Overall Excellent stay. Room service F and B especially the coffee shop staff very helpful and polite Reception check in/ check out transportation to hotel/airport excellent.
We arrived today and went to Hoodies for a coffee and small bite. Staff were excellent and the food was delicious! Thank you
Most aspects of the hotel were excellent. In particular, the Executive Lounge service was highly satisfying. The food at the restaurant was delicious, and most of the staff provided great service—though I was a bit annoyed by one of a female staff member at the entrance who asked overly repetitive questions to check the number of guests. However, the Wi-Fi speed was far too slow, making it difficult to get any work done
If you like entertainment and are a night person, this is your place. Live music, events. Outdoor terraces. If you come to rest and sleep, or for a conference I would not recommend this hotel. I have hardly slept and on one day our conference was impossible due to the loud event next door. Windows of many rooms can not open. A moldy smell in the conference room. A telekom mast with high EMF just above some rooms. On the good side: really amazing staff, great pool with a bit of greenery around, a gym, a little sauna. Food was wonderful. Location is good. Clean rooms, a bit outdated but ok.
