We had a wonderful experience at the Lagoon, the lunch seafood spread was quite diverse! Judia and Gayan were very helpful and facilitative of our needs!

We recently hosted our wedding at Cinnamon Grand, and we could not be happier with how extraordinary everything turned out.
A massive, heartfelt thank you to Raisah Rahaman, who coordinated our wedding. She did a brilliant job organizing every detail at the hotel. Her incredible patience, constant support, and flawless coordination at each step of the process made the entire journey stress-free and smooth. We also want to extend our sincere appreciation to Mr. Harry, the Duty Manager on that day, as well as Chaturanga and the entire banquet staff. Their professionalism, attentiveness, and warm hospitality ensured every moment ran seamlessly. The food was absolutely amazing—every dish was prepared to perfection, and our guests have not stopped raving about how impressive the spread was. Everyone left thoroughly delighted.
Thank you to the entire Cinnamon Grand team for making our special day perfect. We highly recommend them to anyone planning a wedding or major event!

Excellent Service with Room for More Variety in the Buffet
The dinner buffet was very good overall, although I would prefer to see some changes and more variety in the spread, as I’ve experienced a similar selection for quite some time.
The real highlight, however, was the excellent service. The team was super fast, efficient, and attentive throughout. A special mention to Rashmika, who arranged everything for us and was extremely responsive, helpful, and accommodating. His service truly made the experience even better.
Overall, a very enjoyable evening, with outstanding service being the biggest highlight.
