We had a wonderful stay at Cinnamon Grand Colombo with our family. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms were comfortable and spotless, and the overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore Colombo, and the dining options were outstanding.
A special thank you to Saman, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything we needed. His genuine hospitality and attention to detail made a real difference to our experience.
