Relaxing stay at Sheraton turtle beach hotel.
This hotel is situated in a beautiful environment where the beautiful beach is few meters away. They welcome every guest warmly. Ms. Nimesha who greeted us at the reception and took us to our room was a nice and talented girl who showed us the high quality of Srilankan hospitality. Room was spacious with a balcony where you can see the pool and sea. Room had all the amnities and a spacious washroom. Buffets had a massive spread with indian, chinese,western, srilankan varieties. The boy named Anju who served us was very attentive and gave us customized care. Staff was very friendly, concerned about guests needs. I recommend this hotel to anybody who needs to relax in a beach hotel in this beautiful country Sri Lanka. There are turtle hatcheries close by.

Excellent Service
We had a wonderful experience at Sheraton Kosgoda Resort. A special thank you to the Restaurant Assistant Manager Mr Edrian and the entire restaurant team for their warm hospitality, kindness, and exceptional service. They were always attentive, friendly, and welcoming. Their excellent service truly made our stay memorable. We will definitely come back again. Highly recommended to everyone!

Relaxing Resort
Comfortable resort with lots of amenities and activities. Beautiful, clean property with large, well-equipped rooms including a lovely balcony looking out to the ocean, complimentary coffee/tea, fridge, bathroom amenities and comfortable beds. Housekeeping was excellent and left extra water and coffee. Amazing outdoor pool that was huge (accommodated kids and adults) and the perfect temperature and had comfortable loungers. No pool service-had to go ask for a drink and have it delivered-which was a bummer. Beach is super tiny (doesn't go with the photos and for many months of the year the water is dangerous) and has many vendors who will attempt to sell you things like cheap massages. Appreciated the free fitness classes-yoga and water aerobics were fun and a good workout. Many dining facilities on-site. I had an excellent jackfruit burger at the pool restaurant and the breakfast buffet was the most extensive I have ever encountered! Service slow at the pool restaurant. Excellent spa where staff were attentive, gave a fantastic polish, massage and pedicure. Would stay again.
