Unfortunately, my stay at Sheraton Kosgoda did not meet my expectations. The overall service felt below the standard I expected from a hotel of this level. The room condition, housekeeping, and response to guest requests could have been much better. The dining experience was also disappointing, with room for improvement in both service and food quality. The Front Office team could have been more welcoming and attentive. Overall, I expected a much more comfortable and well-managed experience.
We had an amazing stay at Sheraton Kosgoda and it is honestly the best hotel experience we’ve had so far. The hotel itself is beautiful with amazing scenery and a wonderful beach. A special thank you to Wathsala who made our experience even more memorable. She took the time to explain everything to us suggested places and things we could explore and was genuinely helpful throughout our stay. Her warm and attentive service really made a difference and contributed so much to how enjoyable our stay was.
Overall everything from the beautiful surroundings and exceptional room to the service and little details was wonderful. Definitely our best hotel experience so far and we would happily come back again.
I was expecting a much better experience, but unfortunately, the stay did not meet my expectations. The room was not very comfortable, and the A/C performance was poor. The TV was also not satisfactory, while the Wi-Fi connection kept dropping.
The Front Office experience could have been more welcoming and professional. I also felt that the hotel’s surroundings and general upkeep needed more attention.
There are several areas that could be improved to make guests feel more comfortable and valued. Hopefully, the management will focus on these issues and provide a better experience in the future.
We stayed here with our family, and this was our second visit. It is definitely one of the amazing hotels in Sri Lanka. The staff are well-trained, friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout the stay. The food was also absolutely delicious, and we really enjoyed our experience. We had a wonderful family stay and would definitely be happy to visit again. Highly recommended!
Great time at the Sheraton - brilliant service, rooms and the beach. Also, got an amazing tuk tuk driver who showed us around (Prasad - +94768047128).
