Just a day. But had alot of experiences.
Over all the hotel was good. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Just wish the food was abit more of a verierty ( i mean this as the hotel was fully booked).
Restourant service
We had a very nice stay, the service at the restouran by Amara Keesth was excelent.
Wonderful hotel and beach
Excellent, clean hotel on a wonderful beach with turtles. The staff was excellent and made our holiday wonderful. Special thanks for Thilakasiri in the restaurant and for room boy Lakshan for making our stay comfortable every day. Food was delicious. We will definitely come back again.

Great hospitality by Chamila
The only hiccup was a slow check-in but honestly, it barely registered once we met CHAMILA. She is, without exaggeration, one of the best hospitality staff we’ve ever encountered, anywhere. Throughout dinner and breakfast, she consistently went above and beyond, treating every guest with the highest level of respect, courtesy, and warmth. She anticipates your needs before you even have to ask, and her attention to detail is second to none. Chamila’s dedication and genuine care completely elevated our entire stay at Hikka Tranz. Management should recognize her as a true standout she is an absolute gem, and we’d return to this hotel simply because of her. Truly outstanding service!
Amazing hospitality
It's been my best stay at a Cinnamon hotel hugely thanks to the incredibly kind and attentive restaurant staff. A few days were enough to feel like we were with old friends. When our friend dropped her sunglasses at breakfast, they were promptly brought over when we returned for dinner. Hugely grateful for Sanjeewa and Samitha for paying attention and remembering us. Staff have the kind of generous spirit that makes a hotel and country stand out for all the right reasons! Huge thanks also to Thilakasiri and so many others for making our stay perfect.
