Stay was perfect. I mean the food, service and everything, specially the staff (Buddhini, Rakitha and everyone) was very friendly and professional. We would visit again for sure.

Our stay at Crystal Sands was absolutely wonderful! What truly stood out was the exceptional service from every single member of the team. From the moment we arrived until we left, everyone was incredibly professional, friendly, welcoming, and attentive.
The property itself is beautiful, peaceful, and has the perfect balance of luxury and relaxation. Everything was so well maintained, and the stunning surroundings made it easy to unwind and enjoy our time in Sri Lanka. It was definitely one of the highlights of our trip.
A special mention to the housekeeping team — Pathum, Nimesh, and Prabath — who did an amazing job. Our room was always spotless, perfectly organised, and beautifully maintained. Their attention to detail and dedication truly stood out.
The restaurant team was equally wonderful, especially Yasith, who always made sure we were well taken care of. His warm and genuine service made every dining experience even more enjoyable. The food was absolutely amazing, and enjoying every meal with such a beautiful view made it even more special.
