Best staff best hotel in hikkaduwa
All the staff at the Citrus hotel are excellent and went over and above on the service to us. Sanjeewa we met on our 1st day and he looked after us for the full 2 weeks. The extra touches to knowing our favourite drinks to getting us a table outside to enjoy the evening further. Pradeep needs a mention for his amazing towel art. Kept us guessing each day what wonderful creation we’d come back to. All the other staff were very helpful and friendly and made our stay even better Thank you
Rooms and views
I'm happy to stay here. Also Malsha the receptionist are very helpful and friendly. The house keeping was very good. The chef and food manager are awesome. The view from my room very good.

Sanjeevna, I enjoy everything in this hotel. The cook, the servants, the reception. You can ask for help at 12,00 clock in the night. You can book in Citrus hotel without dhouts
We had remarkable holiday in the premises and specially Mr. Nandana who served us very kind and helpful gentleman.

Exceptional service
Excellent service , super view of the Hikkaduwa beach , extremely spacious and luxury rooms with a wide variety of dishes at the buffet and friendly and efficient staff. Value for money
