From the moment I arrived, I knew I was in for something special. The spa is a true sanctuary of peace, relaxation, and luxury. Every treatment was absolutely amazing, leaving me feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and completely pampered.
My therapist Susanthi was exceptional—kind, humble, gentle, polite, and incredibly skilled. They made me feel comfortable from the very first treatment, and their genuine care and professionalism made every massage a truly unforgettable experience.
The service from the entire spa team was outstanding. Every member of staff was warm, welcoming, attentive, and dedicated to ensuring every visit was perfect.
I loved my experience so much that I booked a 2 hour massage every single day during my stay, and each one was just as incredible as the last. It quickly became the highlight of my holiday.

This was, without a doubt, the best hotel stay I have ever experienced.
From the moment we arrived, every member of the team—from the front desk to housekeeping, the restaurant staff, and everyone we interacted with—made us feel genuinely welcomed. The warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail perfectly reflected what the Taj brand stands for. In fact, this experience surpassed every Taj stay I have had in India.
The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the Food & Beverage experience. We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel every day, and every meal was exceptional in terms of quality, taste, presentation, and service.
A very special appreciation goes to Chef Mr. Dalip Singh. I have travelled extensively and stayed at many luxury hotels, but I have rarely come across a chef with such passion and dedication. He personally visited every table, interacted with guests, sought genuine feedback, and even offered to prepare dishes according to individual preferences. His humility, enthusiasm, and commitment to ensuring every guest had a memorable dining experience were truly inspiring. Hospitality professionals like Chef Dalip Singh are the reason guests return to a hotel.
I would also like to sincerely thank Ms. Shamika for her excellent support behind the scenes. Her efforts were clearly reflected in the seamless dining experience we enjoyed throughout our stay.

amazing food
Wonderful place to chill and relax. Atmosphere good and overlooking the Sea from most areas of the hotel. Rooms are okay. Food in keeping with Taj quality. Chefs fantastic. Mr. Dalip SIngh was great and is a credit to the hotel in the buffet area and was exceptional and surprised us with some nice dishes.
