One of the best hotels in Sri Lanka
From the moment we arrived, it was clear this property is very well maintained. Every corner of the resort felt fresh, clean, and cared for. The recent renovation has clearly elevated the property to a whole new level, with tasteful, modern touches throughout without losing the resort's character. Check-in was smooth and hassle free, setting the tone for the rest of the stay. The staff deserve special mention. Attentive, professional, and genuinely helpful at every turn. Whether it was the front desk, housekeeping, or the restaurant team, service felt truly next level, the kind that anticipates your needs before you even ask. The rooms were great. Spacious, well equipped, and honestly close to perfect. Everything felt thoughtfully designed for comfort, and the attention to detail was evident. Food was another highlight. The buffet has a wide spread with a great variety of options, and everything was cooked to perfection. All in all, this is easily one of the best hotels in the country. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a premium, memorable stay on the west coast of Sri Lanka!

Five-Star Luxury, Exceptional Service & a Dream Wedding
Five-Star Luxury and an Unforgettable Wedding
Cinnamon Bentota is a truly outstanding 5-star luxury resort. The facilities are fabulous, with beautiful pools, direct proximity to the beach, and luxurious, expansive social areas. Everything is exceptionally clean, including the rooms, with attentive and hardworking cleaning staff.
The breakfast buffet is quite simply the most extensive I have ever seen — an incredible choice of fresh and delicious food. The poolside fresh fruit kebabs were a particularly lovely touch!
The staff are amazing: diligent, professional, efficient, and consistently welcoming. The hands-on General Manager deserves a special mention for her attention to detail which was evident throughout the resort.
For us, the hotel was made even more special because my son married his lovely wife here, on the beach. It was a truly magical event. The welcome party was wonderfully catered, while the reception and after-party were fabulously organised and executed. Vincent & Nalini - United Kingdom

A Wonderful and Memorable Beach Stay
We had a wonderful and memorable stay at Cinnamon Bentota Beach. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm hospitality and friendly, attentive service. The hotel was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, with a relaxing atmosphere that made our honeymoon truly special. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience and would happily recommend this hotel to friends and family. We would definitely love to return for another relaxing and enjoyable stay!

Relaxing Stay
We had a great stay at the Cinnamon Bentota ..we arrived early in the morning and the lovely check in staff managed to find us upgraded rooms to check in early, which was a real treat. Staff were all really good. Breakfast was very extensive with all options catered for. Location was great. I had one of the best massages ever in the spa, and my pedicure lasted for nearly 2 months- very good value for money. Thank you so much!
