Unique location and setup with very helpful and attentive staff. Great food and choices. Lot of interesting activities were available though I didn't get a chance to experience due to my schedule.
It's a wonderful stay during my birthday at Cinnamon Bentota Beach Signature Selection hotel
Though we have vissited various cCinnamon facilities, we found Cinnamon Bentotata Beach the best experience so far among them. Staff is so lovely, hospitable and great and they made a fantastic team.Starting from the reservations (it was a direct booking) and Nabeeha helped me patiently to get my reservation arranged. Special thanks to Ayodhya who had contacted me prior to the arrival, ask our requirements, assisting us through the stay by making us very much comfortable. She is a great asset for thee hotel definitely. Facility is amazing that has both sea and lagoon views and that involved so much of outdoor activities. Food is amazing and the best buffet that we have experienecs so far. Hotel offered me a fantastic upgrade consideing my GHA Discovery status which made all of us feel so special. We shouldn't forget great assistance of Omila, Mina and Hasani. It was a fantsatic experience and will surely visited the hotel again soon.
