Centara Ceysands Resort and Spa

We had a great time here, and the meals were exquisite! Chef Nuwan helped us a lot and his specials were mouth watering. We will definitely visit the resort the next time we are in Sri Lanka.

We had the most wonderful stay at NH Ceysands Bentota. Our spacious room was lovingly prepared and beautifully maintained each day by the wonderful housekeeping team - Sanjeewa, Kasun and Pushpika. For meals, we had booked the half board package, which provided full buffet breakfasts and buffet dinners with some many international and traditional Sri Lankan dishes that were varied each day, to tantalise your tastebuds. One night there was a wonderful crab curry, another night they had mixed seafood tempura. Simply yummy. The restaurant, called Cafe Bem had an exceptionally high service standard. By the end of our stay, these wonderful and competent staff felt more like friends who we didn’t want to say goodbye to; Dilki, Lalantha, Shevin, Tanuka, Madu, Shashini, Nissanka, Sudath, Ali, Anton, Kavinda, Sajith, and Tarushi. These staff are the compelling reason that we will rebook Ceysands again next year. I also need to mention the giant pool, bigger than any I’ve seen and the hotel’s proximity to a great swimming beach. The boat ride across the river to get to the hotel was also an enriching experience each day. I highly recommend Ceysands. Book without hesitation!
