A wonderful beach resort wth a private nest and clean beach. The two swimming pools of the resort are very well maintained by the caretaker Ajeet. Their breakfast spread is quite impressive with world cuisines. We had mouth watering Indian dinner, too good. Look forward to come again and enjoy their hospitality.
Overall, we had a good stay at Thaala Bentota. The rooms, food, service, and overall experience were pleasant, and we enjoyed our time at the resort.
The only disappointment was the room allocation for our corporate booking. We had shared the required room allocation 1–2 days before check-in, including the Superior Room assignments. However, the allocation was not done correctly, and some guests assigned to Superior Rooms were initially given Standard Rooms.
When we raised the issue, the team apologized and offered to rearrange the rooms. However, this was offered after we had already settled into our rooms, so we decided not to change them at that point.
Apart from this, everything else was good, and we appreciate the hospitality and service provided by the team.
Had a wonderful experience at Thala Bentota! The staff were fantastic and very friendly, and the surroundings were beautiful, relaxing, and peaceful. The food was delicious, and the location was perfect.
Excellent value for money and definitely a place I would recommend. Highly recommended!
Best Experience at Thaala Resort!
We had so much fun at Thaala Resort. They have beautiful sea view rooms.
The staff are so welcoming, they always greet with a smile.
The food was delicious and there were some fun games in the evening at the bar area.
Enjoying the sunset with a cocktail was amazing and the beach access is also great.
Best experience ever! Highly recommended.
