What a great property!
My wife and I travel frequently for business so we enjoy high status at most high end hotel chains. On a whim to try a boutique property, we decided to visit Le Duc and what a pleasant surprise.
The owner puts his heart and soul into this property and it shows with numerous little touches that add up to a simply spectacular vision.
I really enjoyed being, literally, steps to one of the best beaches I've ever been to and also a few minute walk to a small town with a variety of amenities. No long walks or waiting for carts. The staff and food are excellent, but this hotel is so much more than those things. The attitude of the staff is wonderful and it really comes from the top. They all not only like, but really respect Robert, which is a darn good compliment in this day and age.
We plan to return next year (and from USA it's a long way). I can stay for free with points at most properties but this one is so special we are happy to pay. out of pocket to stay there again. I can't think of a better compliment than that.
The owner is very humble but is well known for the great deeds he does around the island and it brings me joy to help good people doing good things. I seldom, if ever, give 5 stars reviews but I would give this property even more if I could.
We had a wonderful family stay. The kids loved the large swimming pool, and our room was very clean and quiet at night. Chef Dharani was extremely helpful with Tasty and Good Food. I give this hotel 5 stars and will return next Time!

We had a wonderful stay at Le Duc de Praslin and would definitely recommend it.
The location is absolutely beautiful, both during the day and in the evening. The beach in front of the hotel was one of our favorite things about the stay, and this side of Praslin also felt noticeably calmer and less wavy than some of the other beaches we visited.
The hotel itself is very well maintained, the atmosphere is relaxing, and the food at the restaurant was consistently excellent. What really made the experience special, though, was the staff. Everyone was kind, welcoming and genuinely friendly.
We celebrated my wife’s birthday during our stay, and the staff went above and beyond to help with all our special requests. They assisted us with everything and made the occasion truly memorable. Their thoughtfulness, flexibility and excellent service made us feel very well looked after.
Beautiful location, great food, excellent service and genuinely warm people. We would happily stay here again.
Amazing location, great service especially Dinesh and Tania. The rooms are spacious, not so many people so the hotel feels comfortable. The food is amazing every night, nothing to complain about. The rooms are cleaned everyday. The beach is nice and quiet. Massages at the spa are fantastic. The views from every part of the hotel are spectacular.
