Amazing resort!
I had a wonderful stay at the resort! I couldn't have imagined a better place to relax and enjoy the summertime. There are plenty of restaurants and wonderful swimming pools, but the highlight is definitely the North Beach, where you can simply chill or enjoy activities such as diving and excursions. The best part of the experience was the kindness of the staff. Everyone was incredibly welcoming and attentive, always going the extra mile to make our stay special. I will definitely come back!

Melt-in-the-mouth Sushi
We had an absolutely delightful sushi lunch at Constance Ephelia Seychelles! The sushi platter was a work of art, featuring an incredible selection, and the fresh salmon sashimi was simply divine – melt-in-your-mouth perfection. We started with a delicious crab salad that set the tone perfectly, all paired beautifully with a crisp white wine. To finish, the fresh fruits were a sweet and refreshing touch. Beyond the exquisite food, the welcoming staff truly made the experience special. Their attentiveness and friendly service really elevated our meal. It was a truly memorable culinary experience in a stunning setting!

An exceptional lunch experience at Ephilia Cyan — where impeccable hospitality meets beautifully crafted cuisine. From the warm welcome to the resort, every detail was thoughtfully considered. We began with a beautifully selected French white wine, perfectly complementing an exquisite crab and cucumber starter, delicately plated with a selection of sauces.
The sushi platter that followed was simply outstanding — incredibly fresh, beautifully fatty salmon sashimi, delicate tuna sashimi, and a wonderful selection of maki rolls. The platter was beautifully finished with the most delicious unagi, which felt like a personal dessert and the perfect final indulgence to an already exceptional sushi experience.
Every bite was exceptional, leaving the entire family completely satisfied and wonderfully full. The food was so good that several of us even left with stains on our clothes — the ultimate testament to how much we enjoyed it!
A beautiful selection of local and imported fruits brought the lunch to a refreshing close.

We had a wonderful stay at Constance Ephelia’s Two Bedroom Villa while celebrating our daughter’s 4th birthday. Special thanks to Mr Chandran, whose thoughtful attention to every detail and exceptional service made our celebration truly memorable. We left with beautiful memories and look forward to returning.

We stayed at Constance Ephelia’s Two-Bedroom Villa to celebrate my niece’s 4th birthday, and we truly had the most wonderful stay.
What made our time even more special was the incredible care and attention shown to us by Mr Chandran. From the very beginning, he took our little requests to heart and went out of his way to make sure everything was just right for her birthday. His warmth, kindness and genuine thoughtfulness made us feel so well looked after throughout our stay.
It is often the little things and the people behind them that make an experience truly memorable, and Mr Chandran certainly did that for our family. We left Ephelia with such beautiful memories of a very special celebration and so much appreciation for the care that went into making it one to remember.
A heartfelt thank you to Mr Chandran and the entire Ephelia team. We will remember this stay very fondly and certainly look forward to returning.
