We're regular guests, coming every month with the family. The kids love the swimming pool and trampoline! Everyone on the team is friendly with us, but to name a few: Gyann sharifa and Tess at the front desk, Samensa from the room, and a lady at the restaurant (I don't really remember her name, but I think it's Padayachy) who always goes out of her way to help. Maryse some of them do to remmber, room servic, The porter and security guy are all helpful too. Thank you we will came back.

Unfortunately, our stay at the Berjaya Beau Vallon was a very disappointing experience.
The check-in process was extremely long. When we were finally assigned a room, we arrived to find that the room had not even been cleaned or prepared.
The hotel itself is very old and badly in need of renovation. From the outside, it almost looks like an abandoned building. The corridors leading to the rooms are particularly depressing, looking more like a hospital corridor than a hotel, with cleanliness that is far from satisfactory.
The rooms themselves are relatively acceptable, but even there, the housekeeping is questionable. There was dust in many corners and a significant amount of dust around the air-conditioning unit. Our room also had a very disappointing view, either overlooking a corrugated metal roof or the front of the hotel.
As for the food, the buffet at the Parrot restaurant was very average and unremarkable. The pizzeria was simply not worth visiting. Breakfast was probably the best of the dining options, although still nothing exceptional.
The swimming pool is reasonably nice, but it was not particularly clean during our stay. The pool bar was also almost always closed, which made the pool area feel rather neglected.
Overall, this hotel is clearly in need of a major renovation and much better maintenance. Considering its location and the prices charged, we expected a significantly better standard. We would not recommend this hotel and would not stay here again.
Had a wonderful stay at Berjaya! A special thank you to Mr. Madalitso and Miss Aline at the Pizzeria Restaurant for their warm welcome, friendly service, and professionalism. They made our dining experience truly enjoyable. Excellent service and hospitality! ❤️
