Unforgettable experience
I went to the hotel with my family, and we had a wonderful time. The place was beautiful, the atmosphere was relaxing, and we really enjoyed spending quality time together. It was a lovely experience, and I would happily visit again.

Poor experience
The food was absolutely marvellous, and I’d especially like to thank Rishab (bartender), Nikhil, and Shyam from the F&B team. They were warm, welcoming, attentive, and truly made us feel valued throughout our stay.
Unfortunately, the experience was overshadowed by several service issues. Our room was not ready at the scheduled check-in time, which was disappointing after a long journey. The welcome from Yassin, the bell attendant, was cold and unprofessional, making us feel like assisting us with our luggage was an inconvenience. To make matters worse, at checkout our luggage was not collected, and we had to struggle repeatedly to get a bell attendant to assist us.
The exceptional service from Rishab, Nikhil, and Shyam deserves recognition, but the poor arrival and departure experience significantly impacted our stay. For this reason, despite the excellent food, I can only rate my experience 2/5.

Something for everyone
Had a great experience here, there’s something for everyone. There’s a quite more relaxing pool and a more lively pool with a bar. Plenty for the kids too. There was a decent variety on the buffet. Only down side was there was no availability at the other 2 restaurants any of the night we were. The entertainment was good in the evening, the dancers and performers were great. All the staff we interacted with were professional and friendly. Special mention to the bar staff at the entertainment area and the pool bar. We didn’t go to the spa or gym but we did the water activities. This place really does have something for everyone
