An Enjoyable Stay with Some Standout Staff
We had a wonderful stay in Mauritius and thoroughly enjoyed our time at the resort. We were also very appreciative of the upgrade to the Elite Club, which added something extra to an already enjoyable holiday.
The staff throughout the resort were lovely, welcoming and always happy to help, but we would particularly like to recognise Nilesh and Ghavesh at the Elite Club Beach Bar. These two guys don't just work incredibly hard; they are extremely personable and take a genuine interest in the guests they look after. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and their warmth, humour and attention contributed enormously to our experience. They are both a real credit to the resort.
We would also like to give special recognition to Mariam, who looked after us from the moment we checked in and remained consistently helpful and supportive throughout our stay. That level of care and attention makes a real difference and was very much appreciated.
A special mention also goes to Chef Alex, who was incredibly attentive to my dietary requirements and went out of his way to prepare something especially for me on one particular evening. His personal attention and willingness to help were greatly appreciated and added another positive dimension to our experience.
Overall, we left Mauritius with some fantastic memories and would certainly consider returning to the resort in the future. Thank you to everyone who played a part in making our stay such an enjoyable one — and especially to Nilesh, Ghavesh, Mariam and Chef Alex for helping to make it that little bit more special.

Worse Hotel in Mauritius
It's a shame I can't give zero. Hotel service was horrible staff disengaged rude and would prefer talking to their mates rather than helping guess. When mistakes our made you get a quick sorry and go away approach. The hotel advertised 4 restaurants but they. Are so small you can never get a reservation unless you book 4 days in advance. This hotel do not care about their guests Ty hey have an app you download which you use for everything. If you ask staff for things they say "go user the app". Please do not stay here it's a cold heartless hotel. The buffet which you have to use because you get into their tiny responsibility was not nice cold old food. I don't have enough time to write how bad this resort was. We were so happy when I left.
Paradise
2 couples visited the hotel in march for 10 nights, the hotel looked after us with good food and drinks, only snag was not enough music round the pool during the day.Book the restaurants as soon as you arrive on the hotel app. Would advise water shoes in the sea. Overall great time had by all
