This was a fantastic getaway that offers an stress-free experience and plenty of beach time. The food is diverse, including local morisienne cuisine. The hotel team and services were all top-notch. Nurudin and Jimmy were particularly helpful and caring, especially with our elderly family traveling with us.
From the moment we arrived at Beachcomber Paradise resort it felt like this was a place in heaven. Paradis offered the most courteous, friendly and helpful staff especially Mr. Nuruddeen who checked us in and oversaw our stay and enquired about our needs and addressed them immediately to Mr. Jimmy who with a willing smile helped us navigate the property to Mr. Rajoo organizing a tour of the Black River Gorge at the last minute. Extremely responsive and proactive. The rooms were spacious and cleaned every day. The restaurants had a wonderful cuisine (from Italian to Asian to Mauritian food) we had options catering to every palate and the restaurant staff were always willing to help us if there was something unique that we wanted. They did have good water sports options as well.
The location of the hotel is amazing , the room beautiful, beside the shower head i think need to be changed, sad that even we stay in the hotel we need to pay for the padel ground ,beside that the waiter from brabant, don't remember his name starts by_’s..’brought a surprise birthday cake for my wife which we really appreciate, even when we seated he was taking care of us , somehow i did notice that few of the staff was a bit different because we was resident , which should not happen i think everyone should be treated the same , but at the end the experience was a 8 out of 10 ,for our wedding and my wife birthday definitely will be back thanks to beachcomber team oh i forgot , vishal from housekepping was awesome also greetings xxx
great hotel, delicious food and amazing service
Location: 10/10 Staff: 10/10 especially for the pool guys (Mara and Laurent) Rooms: very spacious little bit on the basic side but we don’t mind we sleep only in the room. Big terrace if you have a family room. Atmosphere: 10/10 the white party was great this only happens a few times a year and we were lucky. Value: 10/10 Noise: none very peaceful place Cleanliness: 10/10 Food: 8/10 for buffet. Ala cart was very good but book yourself in on day 1 otherwise you end up in the buffet restaurant every day. We had breakfast every day in zest super nice spot on the beach to have breakfast. Want to shout out to Manoj who looked after us most days and was very good and patience with my kids. One minus point and we weren’t the only people but men and kids over 12 years old must wear trousers no exceptions no tailored shorts or chinos. Also closed shoes. We didn’t know and my husband had to wear the same trousers for 2 weeks. Keep this in mind. We had an amazing time staff are very good with kids. We will come back again soon!
