My stay at Paradis Hotel was a thrilled experience when I was informed that my room has been upgraded for my family to a Senior Suite.
All employees were welcoming and warm. I received a feel good experience when discussing with Jimmy who brought us to our room. Shuttle drivers are joyful/always in a good mood and it helps us to easily connect with them.
At all times we were in the restaurant, there were caring people looking after us. Always on standby mode to provide an excellent service. Even when my brother and sister in law missed out the crème brulée as it was already out of stock in the buffet, the lady in the kitchen and the manager did not hesitate to make a special one for them. We were all surprised and grateful. A big thanks to them for making a difference. Especially for helping us welcome my sister in law who is new in the family.
When we were about to leave, my sister and kids wanted to stay later and we got a late check out till 18hrs for four rooms while we were expecting reception will find an excuse to avoid giving us this extra times in this Wonderful and Best Sightseeing Hotel.
Thank You to all Staff who assisted us and makes a big difference for my family & for myself during our stay in the Hotel🙏
Fun, Sun, Scuba, Snorkeling, Water Sports, Exquisite Cuisine and Dining, Views and Sunsets better than those on postcards, special quality time with my wife, kids and family and excellent rooms/accommodation! What more can you ask for!? A Truely unforgettable couple of days! I've been personally planning holidays to Mauritius for the past 18 years for my clients, but have undoubtedly discovered my personal favorite resort in Mauritius to make lasting memories, Paradis Beachcomber Golf Resort & Spa! The service from each and every staff member was outstanding (& humbling)! Snorkeling right in front of our rooms and snorkeling trips as well as our Scuba experience were a highlight! Paradis boats beautiful sea life. There are many resorts to choose from in Mauritius, but Paradis Beachcomber - must be right on top of your list! Call me (Hennie) at The Travel Boutique or Overflowing Life to book your next stay at Paradis or any other Beachcomber resort.
I had a wonderful stay. Veda and his restaurant team were attentive, warm and professional, making every breakfast memorable. Mr. Luximon and the golf club team delivered friendly, expert service that made the course a highlight. Overall, the staff’s genuine hospitality and coordination made my stay relaxing and exceptional — I’ll happily return and recommend this hotel to friends and colleagues.
Great positive atmosphere in all corners of the resort. At the pool, the staff are extremely kind. At the Brabant restaurant, the staff are exceptional as well. The rooms are great, clean and the room cleaning services are brillant. Big thanks to Veda, Khritish and Laurent for making the stay absolutely amazing
We stayed at Beachcomber Paradis from 7–16 July and had a truly memorable family holiday. The resort enjoys an exceptional setting, with breathtaking scenery and a beautiful beach that feels every bit as special as the photographs suggest.
The service throughout the resort was generally excellent, with warm, friendly and professional staff who made us feel very welcome. Our only real disappointment was the drinks service, particularly from the main bar. Orders regularly took 18–20 minutes, some exceeded 30 minutes, and two never arrived. As all-inclusive guests, this unfortunately left us wondering whether our orders were being given lower priority. At a five-star luxury resort, we expected a much more polished and efficient drinks experience.
The food was another highlight. We ate at seven of the eight restaurants across Paradis and Dinarobin, and the overall standard was excellent. Rangoli, the modern Indian restaurant, was our favourite.
Swimming with wild dolphins with the fantastic JASP speedboat crew was an unforgettable experience, while hiking Le Morne rewarded us with spectacular views over the southwest coast.
Paradis is a beautiful, luxurious resort in an extraordinary location, and we left with many wonderful memories. With a more efficient drinks service, the experience would have been very close to perfect.
