We had a wonderful experience, and what made our stay truly special was the exceptional service from the entire team.
A special mention to Raj from the beach team**, who was absolutely amazing. His warm attitude, kindness, and attention made our day and added something special to our experience.
Rao at the restaurant also deserves a big thank you. His service was incredible, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. He made us feel very well taken care of throughout our time at the restaurant.
Lastly, a heartfelt thank you to our butler, Shahid. He is very kind and nice person

We had such a wonderful stay. The resort is absolutely beautiful, peaceful, and incredibly relaxing — the kind of place you could never get bored of and would happily stay longer.
The staff made our experience even more special. A special thank you to Nea, who was always helpful and made everything so much easier for us. Wendy from housekeeping was wonderful, very attentive to every detail and always making sure we had everything we needed. Jessica at The Boathouse was also incredibly sweet, friendly, and welcoming.

After two wonderful dinners at Atsuko, we can confidently say it’s a truly special dining experience. Every dish was beautifully prepared, and the service was flawless from start to finish. A heartfelt thank you to Ryan, the F&B Manager, for always going above and beyond with his thoughtful, attentive, and genuinely caring hospitality.
Another fantastic stay at the St. Regis Le Morne We have just left after another wonderful two-week holiday — our 4th stay at the St. Regis Le Morne — and once again we were pleasantly surprised by the level of attention and service. There are friendly and professional staff everywhere, always ready to help. A special mention to our fantastic butler Tej, who took great care of us and made sure we enjoyed every day. This was also our first time using the Kids Club, and the team was lovely and very attentive with our son (i would just suggest them to run more activities around the resort to attract kids and entertain them while on the beach or at the pool). The food was excellent, and Chef Battou went the extra mile by preparing off-menu dishes for us on two different evenings — a really lovely touch that made us feel particularly well looked after. The restaurant team, including Manisha, Kevin and Alla, were also fantastic. And a big thank you to the button boys, for instance Sunny, and all the others whose names we unfortunately can't remember! The gym is large and well equipped, with Yogi always available to help. Of course, the beach remains one of the best in Mauritius, and the setting is simply stunning. After 10 years, some parts of the resort and the rooms are understandably starting to show their age and are not quite in the same condition as when we first visited. That said, it still delivers a true 5-star experience, mainly thanks to its wonderful people and exceptional service.
My friend and I had the most wonderful three-night stay at The St. Regis. Honestly, it is difficult to know where to begin, as every detail of our experience was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed. We especially enjoyed the Manager’s Hour, which was a lovely way to begin our stay and gave us the opportunity to meet and speak with the hotel managers and the General Manager. This personal touch made us feel truly valued as guests. The hotel’s facilities were impressive, especially the beautiful library and writing room, which added such a unique and elegant character to the property. The restaurants were all fantastic, and our evening at the Japanese restaurant was an experience we will never forget. We had so much fun with the chef, shared many laughs, and enjoyed absolutely delicious food. I was initially a little concerned because our suite was not categorized as an ocean view room, but the moment we entered, I was amazed by its beauty, spaciousness, and thoughtful details. The terrace was stunning, and the outdoor daybed quickly became one of my favorite places to relax. Breakfast at the restaurant near the lobby was outstanding, with an incredible variety of delicious options. The beach was equally beautiful, and the attention and care provided there made our time even more enjoyable. A very special thank-you to our butler, Shahid, for his exceptional service, generosity, kindness, and gracious hospitality. He went above and beyond to make our stay truly memorable. We would also like to sincerely thank Harris and Tej, who were wonderful and genuinely attentive to our happiness and comfort throughout our stay. The SPA These three days were an exceptional experience for both of us—one that will remain in our memories forever. We truly wished we could have extended our stay, and we would return without hesitation. My only suggestion for improvement would be to add heating to the swimming pool, as this would make it more comfortable and enjoyable, especially on cooler or windy days. Other than that, everything was truly exceptional.
