This luxury resort boasts fantastic location in a magical turquoise lagoon, breath-taking views of the Indian Ocean from all rooms and suites and a wide array of exciting activities in the area. As no really memorable holiday is complete without a feast for the palate, the resort offers its guests a myriad of gastronomic influences ranging from French-inspired and traditional Mauritian cuisine, to the exotic dishes of India and South-East Asia and fine Japanese selections.
Relax at the full-service spa, where you can enjoy massages, body treatments and facials. You're sure to appreciate the recreational amenities, which include 2 outdoor swimming pools, an outdoor tennis court and a sauna. Additional amenities at this resort include complimentary wireless Internet access, concierge services and babysitting (surcharge).
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
We spent 10 unforgettable nights at the St Regis Le Morne in August, and it was truly exceptional. Our butler Tej was amazing, anticipating our every need throughout the stay. We were welcomed with champagne and fruit, and on our final night the team surprised us with champagne, flowers, and a cake to celebrate our wedding anniversary — such a thoughtful touch. The dining was fantastic too, with 5 different restaurants to choose from — Japanese, Indian, Chinese, a beach grill, and a buffet restaurant with a different theme every night. We never got bored of the food and loved trying something new each day. We also had lunch delivered straight to our sun loungers daily, which was such a lovely, relaxing touch. We loved windsurfing at the Ion Club, with excellent instructors and equipment against the stunning backdrop of Le Morne mountain. As a lovely send-off, we were also given a selection of rums as a goodbye gift. Every member of staff was warm and attentive, and spoke perfect English, which made for such a relaxing, stress-free holiday. The whole resort has an incredible personal touch alongside true five-star service. Highly recommend for a perfect beach holiday!
We've stayed at this resort twice before, once in 2022 and once last year in 2025. We've had such good experiences and the vast majority of staff who work here were so good to us, we decided to come back this year (2026 at the time of writing this.) We've booked the exact same rooms as last year and an email was sent in January 2026 *for context check in was mid August 2026 ensuring that our requested rooms were available and heard no response.
Two days before check-in an email was sent saying our requested rooms were not available and upon arrival it quickly became apparent that as a family of 5 we were not going to fit into these two much smaller rooms. Had the hotel clearly communicated this to us in a fair timeframe we would have made alternative solutions. We were open to the solutions of the duty manager at the time - Daniel, his solution was that we can book another room at full price, offering no alternative or discount. We reluctantly agreed as we had no solution to this for the first two nights when eventually a slightly larger room became available where we were to move into two rooms between five of us. I find it unacceptable that you are not able to reply to an email for 8 and a half months and only reply two days before a customer is expecting to check-in. This has ruined our holiday and left members of the family sleeping on sofa beds.
If a fair and suitable solution had been provided this could of been overlooked however this was managed awfully by senior management at the resort and we will not be returning after how we have been treated.
Please note this does not reflect upon the regular staff at this resort who are excellent and the reason we have returned multiple times.
We had a wonderful stay in Mauritius, but what we will remember most is the warmth of the people.
The staff were genuinely kind, attentive and welcoming. One beautiful detail that really touched me was that every employee, whenever greeting you, places their right hand over their heart. Whether welcoming you in a restaurant or simply meeting you on the path to the beach, they do it with the same warmth. Such a small gesture, but it says so much.
A very special thank you to Fadi Kecha, who was truly our angel during a few important moments of our stay. His kindness, care and willingness to help made a real difference to us, and we are very grateful.
A big thank you to Aroumel, who took wonderful care of us by the pool, always making sure we had drinks, clean sunbeds and, of course, our child’s favourite ice cream. ❤️
And big hugs to Daniel, the Romanian tennis coach, who managed to make our daughter fall in love with tennis! 🎾 🤗
The food quality was excellent, the restaurants were lovely for dinner, our room was spacious and spotless, and we really enjoyed the gym and activities such as Beach Fit.
All in all, a beautiful holiday made even more special by the people who looked after us. Thank you for making us feel so welcome and cared for. We would be very happy to return!
We recently went to St. Regis Le Morne for our honeymoon, and we couldn't have asked for better.
The hotel was clean, the rooms were spacious, and the beachfront location was stunning. The hotel amenities were brilliant, from beach chairs, towels and sunscreen to a beautiful spa, water sports, and a fully equipped gym.
The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and kind. On arrival, our concierge, Karishma, helped us make our dinner reservations for our entire stay.
The beachside bar at sunset was a lovely way to relax before dinner. Staff such as Kolly, Pervin and Daveesan were very attentive and polite. The restaurant managers, such as Pouven, made sure that our meals were memorable. The lovely sommelier, Allison, was always available to give excellent wine pairing suggestions.
We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone, it was an amazing experience and we hope to be back again soon!
We had such a wonderful stay at The St. Regis Le Morne. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and looked after. The setting is absolutely beautiful, but what really made our stay special was the people.
Our suite was perfectly arranged and beautifully taken care of. A big thank you to Sana and her brilliant team for all the thoughtful details and for making our stay feel so comfortable and special. You can really feel the care and effort they put into everything.
A special mention as well to Smitesh from the Food & Beverage team, who was such a lovely person. He was always so friendly, kind and welcoming, and his genuine warmth really made a difference to our experience.
The resort, the beach, the views and the peaceful atmosphere are all amazing, but it’s the little personal touches and the people you meet that you remember the most.
We made some beautiful memories here and honestly didn’t want to leave. ❤️
Thank you to the entire team, especially Sana, her wonderful team and Smitesh, for making our stay so memorable. We would absolutely love to come back! 🇲🇺
