We had a wonderful time, the hotel is lovely and the staff couldnt have been more help, polite and welcoming, especially Raj and Chrystelle. The food was fantastic and every vista was a picture postcard, we will happily recommend to our friends and family. We appreciated how quiet and peaceful the hotel complex was and loved our huge room and own private garden. The grounds are beautifully kept, the groundstaff were friendly and the room cleaner and manager very helpful and all so welcoming.
We had 5 nights there, private beach with direct access, beautiful beach and property is also beautiful Now reason for giving 3* only that boat house was completely shut down on all days, a young child was sitting there and given excuses everyday, glass boat ride under maintenance from last 1 year, if you can't operate these than don't advertise for this 2nd one vegetarian food options problem, there are multiple choices for non vegetarian sea food and all others but if you have too many options in non veg then why not in vegetarian, does vegetarian package cost is lower than non veg, if not than make a equality Hospitality is good and staff is polite, we enjoyed complimentary hammam Should improve cleanliness also in rooms because bigger rooms need more time to clean Except these everything was good
It has been a really good stay. We came here for our honeymoon and we recommend coming during October because it's not too hot.
The service at the hotel has been great, personally I feel like they are into always improving and therefore making sure we are enjoying ourselves. It's a very relaxing place. I'd say perfect for couples or even to come alone for a peaceful stay. They have small areas for kids if you do decide to come as a family.
The food has been delicious. They have had different themes each day we have been here. We stayed for 6 nights. And I have rolled out during each meal.
The hotel room is super interesting. 1 of our showers is outside and that's the best idea ever during hot days. The beds are extremely comfortable.
I think the only improvement I'd like to see would be some type of night show if possible in the future. Maybe live music/dancing. But it depends if that fits or not the hotels view.
The location is good and staff is really very friendly.
