This was our 2nd visit, and once again, we had an absolutely wonderful experience! Our first visit was already memorable, but this time was even more special. A huge part of what made our evening so exceptional was Ravi. His warm hospitality, and the way he pampered us throughout the evening made us feel like VIPs. He went above and beyond to ensure that we were comfortable, happy, and enjoying every moment. The Gastronomy evening was a fantastic experience, with beautiful food, delicious pairings, and a lovely atmosphere. A special thank you to Chef and his team. You are the best. Our first visit gave us a reason to return, but you have now given us an even bigger reason to come back again! We are already looking forward to our next visit. If the hospitality is this wonderful every time, we know we will be in good hands.

We have the most fantastic stay at this hotel. The hotel was lovely and we were impressed with the facilities. The big selling point is the team! The team at this hotel are all absolutely fantastic and they contributed to making our stay extra special. Being gluten free is a challenge but the chef and team went all the way in making sure I had plenty of options of delicious food. Gluten free pancakes everyday was a real treat!!

From the moment we arrived the warmth & professionalism of your team made us feel at home. A special thank you to the General Manager for leading such an exceptional team. Also among the wonderful chefs, Antoinette & Johnny. There are more we would like to mention but sadly we do not have their names. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth, professionalism, and genuine kindness. Throughout our stay, every member of staff demonstrated remarkable hospitality, always attentive, helpful, and smiling. The hotel was impeccably clean, and every area was maintained to the highest standards. The surroundings were simply beautiful, offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for unwinding and recharging. A special congratulations also goes to the food and beverage teams for the excellent quality of the meals. The food was delicious, varied, and carefully prepared, making every dining experience a true pleasure. What touched me most was the kindness of all the employees. Even the team members who often work behind the scenes, such as the gardeners and maintenance staff, always took the time to greet us with a sincere smile. These thoughtful gestures reflect the outstanding service culture of the hotel and make every guest feel genuinely welcomed and valued.
