Le Suffren Hotel & Marina is advantageously located directly on the waterfront in Port Louis. It is 50 km from the Sir Seewoosagur Ramgoolam International Airport to which it provides a shuttle service on request. Fantastic reception but breakfast ;)
The reception ladies (Soraya and Yukta) and the young man Gilles were fantastic. Always welcoming.
Great food, good vibe
The Pink Socks bar serves the finest beef wagyu burger I have ever had, and Kawthar's service was quick, friendly and attentive.

Recurrent parking issues at Le Suffren Hotel
I am a regular gym member at Le Suffren and Marina hotel. Due to lack of parking facilities in the hotel vicinity, I have to park at a nearby parking named The United Docks. A QR code is provided at the front office and upon leaving the Docks, I have to scan the QR code. More often than not I am stranded at the gate as the QR codes are invalid. I need to walk back to the front office to seek assistance. This can be very frustrating and negatively impact on the customer’s overall experience. One should therefore be prepared to face such an inconvenient situation.

Outstanding Service and a Wonderful Stay
We had a wonderful stay at Le Suffren Hotel & Marina. The buffet was absolutely delicious, with a great selection of food, and the room service was excellent throughout our stay.
A special mention must go to Mr Meetun, who provided outstanding customer service. He was incredibly kind, welcoming, attentive, and genuinely made us feel valued as guests. He has a natural talent for hospitality and understands exactly how to create a positive experience that makes guests want to return.
Honestly, Mr Meetun deserves recognition and a pay rise! He not only takes excellent care of guests but also knows how to represent and market the hotel simply through the quality of his service and personality.
Thank you to the entire team for such a lovely experience. We would happily stay at Le Suffren again.
