Labourdonnais Waterfront Hotel

We recently stayed at the Labourdonnais Waterfront Hotel during a business trip and it truly exceeded our expectations.

The location is ideal, with easy access to the waterfront and nearby restaurants and attractions. Our room was spacious and always perfectly clean. Housekeeping came twice a day to ensure everything was kept in good condition.

One thing that impressed us the most was the excellent conference service. We had one of the hotel's conference rooms reserved exclusively for the entire week for work purposes. The venue was modern, fully equipped with all the necessary technology, including screens and connectivity, making it perfect for our meetings.

What made the experience truly outstanding, however, was the exceptional service provided by Messrs. Mithilesh, Darren and Fernando. They consistently checked on us throughout the day, bringing us fresh coffee and treats and making sure we had everything we needed. Their professionalism and excellent service made us great impression.

A big thank you to everyone for making our stay and business event such a great experience. Your excellent service and dedication are truly appreciated. I would highly recommend the Labourdonnais Waterfront Hotel for both business and leisure stays.

Very clean rooms equipped with everything you need. We got connected room with our kids and the space was spacious. The rooms are very modern and neat. The bed mattress and pillows were very comfortable. The location is amazing directly on port Louis harbor, a 2 minutes walking distance from the Caudan Waterfront. Atmosphere was luxurious and comfortable. It's expensive as it's a five star hotel, but the stay was worth it. The service was excellent and their breakfast had variety of options but make sure to inform them about the eggs to add more spices to it as it was little bland. It was very quiet and we had a good sleep.

This is one of the pre-eminent business hotels in Mauritius and is strategically located on the waterfront in the Capital Port Louis. I came for business meetings in my first week and my wife accompanied me as well, as we were also celebrating our wedding anniversary as well. The atmosphere is one luxury but not too stuffy, being on the waterfront there is a beautiful outdoor eating area and bar and a great space to have morning breakfast with beautiful morning light and also a great place for that evening drinks before dinner. The food here has changed a little somewhat since my last visit in October, and it does miss out on a few local items which I would suggest they revisit, but still the food is good and the service is brilliant as well. The whole team front of house, cleaning, restuarant, porters, etc, as a great team effort all around and the whole team very hospitable indeed. However a very big thank you and gratitude to Vikash and Arvind for their help, hospitality and professionalism in all they did. They are kind, made me and wife feel at ease and morning breakfast, evening drinks served by them was great and much appreciated and they made you feel at home. Vikash helped setup a workspace for us as well to take meetings and again, the service was excellent and outstanding from the time we arrived to the time of departure. Without a doubt one of the best hotels when visiting Mauritius and if you are travelling for business or a city break, this is the place to be based, it is set within the waterfront and the refurb of the hotel is spectacular, the rooms are fantastic as are the facilities, gym, work spaces, conference rooms for events as well (A dedicated floor available here). The executive suite as well is a great place to work and relax as well and again thanks to Vikas made it very easy and memorable for us to conduct our meetings as needed. We have been here a few times and without a doubt is the place I would highly recommend. Once again many thanks and grateful to the team for your service, until next time.
