There are two beautiful outdoor swimming pools, one which is heated during winter time perfect for cooling off in with a cocktail from the poolside bar. Our stay at the Radisson Blu Azuri Resort was a truly wonderful experience, and we can wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect holiday spot in Mauritius. From the moment we arrived until we left, everything was of an exceptionally high standard—from the accommodation, the resort's layout and amenities, and the beautiful surroundings and beach, to the service as a whole. The room was spacious, tidy, clean, and very comfortable, and the entire resort was beautifully designed. We particularly appreciated the relaxed atmosphere and the fact that everything was organized to allow guests to fully unwind and enjoy themselves. The staff is undoubtedly one of the resort's greatest assets. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, professional, and always smiling. At every moment, we felt that they genuinely cared about our well-being and ensuring we lacked nothing. We would like to extend special thanks and praise to Vinay Koomar. From the moment we arrived at the resort, Vinay ensured we had everything we needed and was always available to assist us. His kindness, professionalism, and amazing helpfulness made our stay even more special. We were particularly impressed by the effort he put into explaining the island to us, recommending places worth visiting, and helping us make the most of our time in Mauritius. He went far beyond simply doing his job—he demonstrated genuine care and a sincere desire to ensure we had the best possible experience. Everything was exactly as we had imagined our holiday in Mauritius—beautiful accommodation, a stunning resort, a great atmosphere, and breathtaking sea and nature—but what made the entire experience even more special was the people. Everything was perfectly organized; the room was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, and the resort itself was so tastefully designed that we enjoyed the scenery every single day. There was a special sense of tranquility and warmth that made us feel right at home almost immediately. The staff were truly incredible. Everyone was exceptionally kind, helpful, professional, and—something that really stood out to us—always smiling. At no point did we feel like just another set of guests; everyone was ready to help and ensure our stay was as pleasant as possible. However, we would like to extend a special and heartfelt thank you to Vinay Koomar. From the moment we arrived, Vinay looked after us and made us feel like we were in safe hands. He took care of everything, constantly checking if we needed anything and offering assistance even before we asked. His attentiveness and the way he interacts with guests are truly rare to find. Everything about this hotel is first class. The rooms are spacious, clean and very well serviced. We even had a free upgrade to a private villa with pool and butler for the last 3 nights. The food in the buffet restaurant is amazing, the made to order omelettes at breakfast were our highlight. Lunch and dinner were faultless with plenty of fresh fish, meat and vegetarian options. The restaurant manager was so welcoming and friendly and always happy to engage in Football banter. There are 3 x à la carte restaurants all different but all equally great. Nine at the golf course is a lovely setting, Black Rock always showed the Premiership football and the Italian in the cafe was excellent. The staff at this hotel really made the holiday for us, nothing was too much trouble and there was always plenty of them around to help at all times. Vinay the customer relations manager was incredibly friendly and helpful, he booked a beach club for us and was always on hand to offer advice and recommendations about the island. He works incredibly hard and is so passionate about making sure his guests have the best possible holiday. This hotel is 10/10 and we would recommend it to anyone thinking of going to Mauritius.
Absolutely First Class – 10/10!
Everything about this hotel is truly first class, and from the moment we arrived, we knew we were in for a special holiday.
Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean and exceptionally well serviced. To make our stay even more memorable, we were lucky enough to receive a complimentary upgrade for our final three nights to a private villa with our own pool and butler – an absolutely incredible experience.
The food throughout the hotel was outstanding. The buffet restaurant offered an amazing choice, with the made-to-order omelettes at breakfast being a particular highlight for us! Lunch and dinner were equally faultless, with an excellent selection of fresh fish, meat and vegetarian dishes, all beautifully prepared and full of flavour.
The restaurant manager deserves a special mention. He was incredibly welcoming, friendly and always happy to stop for a chat – especially when it involved a bit of football banter!
The three à la carte restaurants were all completely different, but each was equally impressive. Nine, at the golf course, has a beautiful setting; Black Rock was a fantastic place to relax and always had the Premier League football on; and the Italian restaurant in the café was absolutely excellent.
However, what really made this holiday so special was the staff. They were exceptional from start to finish. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and there always seemed to be someone around to help, whatever we needed. Their warmth, friendliness and genuine desire to make sure guests had the best possible experience really set this hotel apart.
We honestly cannot fault this hotel. It exceeded our expectations in every way and gave us a holiday we will remember for a very long time.

Quite simply, the best holiday we have ever been on! The resort is beautiful, the amenities great and the food exceptional. The stand out though is the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Romesh, especially, is an outstanding restaurant host and always took time to ensure everything was satisfactory when we saw him. He also went above and beyond when my husband needed some cream for his mosquito bites, which we were incredibly grateful for. Our first time travelling to Mauritius, and hopefully won’t be our last! We travelled with our two young daughters who also loved every moment! Would definitely go back to the Azuri resort and highly recommend it for a family holiday. We hope to see you again soon!
