The hotel and the staff are excellent! The head guest relations manager Elena was absolutely the best. Unfortunately we had broken our arm before in the trip, and Elena helped us with everything we needed. Whenever we had any issues, she would solve them with a big smile on her face and with insane speeds! We needed physiotherapy for the arm after the surgery and the doctor provided was also very very nice and attentive. She helped us recover the most we could during the trip which was very needed to help the recovery before coming back from the trip!
Overall, the hotel and its facilities are of highest level we've seen in Mauritius, even though we visited a lot of 5* hotels, this one takes the cake. The restaurants are next level, everything is clean and the staff is amazing. The hotel really is worth the money, there was nothing bad we could think off.
Top notch service, the staff were very accommodating, they were happy to cater to our very specific dietary and culinary preferences. Guests can easily spend the whole day in the hotel, with a raft of activities on offer from 8.30 AM onwards
We stayed here to finish off our honeymoon and it was one of the best holidays we have ever had. The staff went above and beyond, so kind, friendly and helpful.
We were treated to an upgrade to an ocean view suite, cannot fault anything.
Will recommend to anyone interested in going to Mauritius and already planning when we will go back again ourselves!
