Just return from an absolutely wonderful stay with my daughters. We booked a villa and that was well worth the extra cost. Impeccable clean and spacious and just a few steps to the wonderful beach. Our personal assistant Kishan made sure every single need was catered for. He’s a massive asset to your resort and one of reason we will likely return! Highest possible recommendation
An Exceptional Stay at LUX Grand Baie
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at LUX* Grand Baie. The hotel is exceptional in every aspect — beautiful and spacious rooms, a truly stunning beach, excellent facilities, and an outstanding level of maintenance throughout the entire property. What impressed us most, however, was the service. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely well taken care of. The level of attention and hospitality was exceptional and made our family vacation even more special. A very special thank you to Avinash, who looked after us during our stay. His service was truly outstanding. He was incredibly attentive, kind, professional and always available whenever we needed anything. He anticipated our needs and took care of every detail, and he genuinely made a huge difference to our entire holiday experience. Having Avinash assisting us dramatically enhanced our stay, and he is a great credit to LUX* Grand Baie. The beach is absolutely beautiful, the rooms are fantastic, and the entire resort is maintained to an exceptionally high standard. We left with wonderful memories and would definitely love to return. Highly recommended!
Amazing stay and exceptional service
Had the best experience at LUX from start to finish. From the airport pickup to the drop-off, everything was seamless and well organized. A special thank you to our driver, Manoj, who was incredibly kind, friendly, and attentive. He made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived and was always professional and helpful.
The staff throughout the resort were warm and accommodating, and the service exceeded our expectations. Every detail was taken care of, making our stay truly relaxing and memorable. I would highly recommend LUX to anyone looking for an exceptional getaway, and I can’t wait to visit again!
