We had a wonderful stay at LUX* Grand Baie and would like to give a special mention to the fantastic team, who made our holiday so memorable.
We were fortunate enough to experience both a Junior Suite and the villa during our stay, and both were outstanding. The Junior Suite was beautifully appointed and incredibly comfortable, while the villa was something really special — spacious, luxurious and beautifully designed, with so much attention to detail. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind and made our stay feel even more special.
All of the staff were amazing, but there were a few people who really stood out for their exceptional service and the personal touches they gave us throughout our stay.
Eliah and Varoona deserve a special mention for their outstanding service and, of course, for making the best coffee! They were always so friendly and welcoming, and it was a pleasure to see them each day.
Veer was another member of the team who consistently went that extra mile. His attention to detail and willingness to help never went unnoticed and were very much appreciated.
Vedish also deserves a special mention. He worked incredibly hard, was always cheerful and happy to help, and consistently went that extra mile. His friendly nature and willingness to help really stood out.
A special mention also to Manen, who looked after us so well and provided us with some of the best wines and champagne. His service really added to our experience.
Lorraine was also a pleasure to see, always so friendly and happy to have a chat. The food was fantastic throughout our stay, and her passion and dedication certainly shone through.
We would like to thank the whole team at LUX* Grand Baie for making our holiday so special. It is the people who really make a hotel, and the warmth, friendliness and genuine care shown by the staff made a lasting impression on us.

Manoj was a great person to meet and a real friend. Not only he is an excellent driver but also a great tour operator. He knows the history of the island the best places to go and in general you may ask him any information. I feel I gained a new fried from this trip.
