One of the best hotels we stayed in. The service is immaculate, the room and facilities are top notch and the location, right next to a beautiful beach is priceless. This was our second visit to The Westin Turtle Bay Resort & Spa Mauritius, and once again, we were absolutely delighted with our experience. From the moment we arrived, the warm welcome from the staff made us feel genuinely valued and at home. The resort is immaculate, beautifully maintained, and has a wonderful atmosphere. Our room was spacious, beautifully furnished, spotlessly clean, and had a beautiful view. Everything was exceptionally well presented, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. The food was amazing, with a great variety and excellent quality throughout our stay. A very special thank you to Soonita in the main dining area, and especially to Roshan Sobron, who is an absolute gentleman. Roshan went above and beyond to make sure we were well looked after, always ensuring that our needs were taken care of. His kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail really stood out. The staff are truly what makes this resort so special. Their genuine hospitality and willingness to go the extra mile made our second visit just as memorable as our first. We would have no hesitation in recommending The Westin Turtle Bay Resort & Spa Mauritius and, without question, we will be back again soon! Thank you to the entire team for another wonderful stay.
Very much enjoyed our stay, made to feel welcome from start to finish. Food was good and the butler team of Roshan and Michelle were attentive, helpful and friendly. Rozia kept our room immaculate and her towel sculptures were lovely and made us smile. All the staff were friendly and helpful, wish we could name them all. Plenty to do and see.

My husband and I have just returned from a fabulous two week stay at this beautiful resort which we found to be absolutely excellent, it’s the people who make any business succeed, The staff here couldn’t have possibly done anything more to make our stay any more impressive. They went above and beyond to make us feel very welcome and comfortable. Every member of staff continually greeted us with warm smile 😊. The following staff made each day a joy……..Aarteee, Renoo and Jessica all went out of their way to make sure we were having a lovely vacation and chattted and had a laugh with us daily!
The pool bar staff were polite, very attentive and couldn’t do enough for us. Many thanks to Jerome, Varoun, Noah, West, Steeven, Yeshna, Owen and all the others whose names we unfortunately didn’t get.
We were also very impressed with young Bill on the cleaning team who was meticulous in everything he did.
Now to the food which was exceptional especially the steak and lobster nights at the Beach Grill ( big thank you to the chef!) and the delicious special meal which was organised for us at Mystique, and a special mention and thank you to Ravi for the continuous flow of wine/drinks!
Overall the staff, food, accommodation, cleanliness, and beautiful gardens made our stay wonderful and very memorable, many thanks to you all…………we hope to be back in the future.
