Great stay with excellent service
I had a really great experience.. Location: Perfect location, easy to find, Atmosphere: Very welcoming, clean and relaxing vibe. Rooms: The rooms were spacious, clean, and well maintained. Value: Great value for money. The staff were friendly and made our stay comfortable. Would definitely come back and recommend to friends and family.A special big thank you to Mr. Vikram, the booking manager. He was so helpful, responsive and made the whole booking process smooth for us. The staff were friendly and the overall service was top-notch.

I am late to write this review! But as we say, better late than never! 😜 We were around 16 people. We stayed 2 nights in April as from 24th for the occassion of my elder cousin's 50 BD and my aunty's 70 BD. (It was my second time) Other relatives stayed for 4 nights and it was their first time. We were delighted by the service offered to us. From reservation team to check out, it was beyond expectation. I liked the food, the entertainment and the room. I wish to mention few staffs.... without them our stay and small birthday party would not have been a success. These amazing people are; Kousounee, Visham,Kavishek, Akhilesh, Reyhaan, Akash, Muz (reception) Nishida (Reservation). These people are an important asset to the hotel! keep the good job guys!!!! Thank you for making our stays wonderful and stress free :)
