The Lagoon Attitude is located on the north coast of Mauritius in Anse La Raie, overlooking one of the island’s largest lagoons. The hotel edges a protected coast on the north side of the island and is reserved for adults only, offering a chilled seaside vibe. Lagoon Attitude is resolutely eco-committed.

There is a choice of three very different atmospheres, depending on whether you are looking for fun or peaceful holiday moments. The Otentik (authentic) area with its Mauritian restaurants; the lively area with its ocean facing Seabreeze Bar; and a peaceful area hosting an infinity pool and a gastronomic restaurant. Dining here is in tune with nature, so you will find a choice of seasonal and locally grown produce on your plate. If you are on a half board basis or higher, the Dine Around experience allows you to try three out of the five hotel restaurants. We spent a week at Lagoon Attitude and had an amazing stay from start to finish. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with stunning scenery, beautiful rooms, and everything kept exceptionally clean.
There was so much to do throughout our stay, from daily activities and workouts to glass-bottom boat trips, educational activities, snorkelling, kayaking, pedal boats and more. There were also plenty of beautiful spots to simply relax and enjoy the surroundings. We also loved the entertainment in the amphitheatre. There was something different to enjoy each evening, and it was such a great way to end the day.
The food was also a highlight of our stay. There was so much variety, with something different to enjoy every day. It was all fantastic! Bénitier had an amazing selection with different themed evenings. We also loved the à la carte restaurants. Coral had amazing seafood, Lemongrass had some really delicious Asian-inspired dishes, and Kot Nou had delicious Mauritian food. We loved being able to try so many different cuisines and having so many options throughout our stay.
The chefs and managers went out of their way for us. They took the time to make sure we were looked after and that our meals and overall experience were amazing. The personal care they put into our experience really stood out to us and made the stay feel even more special.
The staff overall were incredible. Everyone was friendly, welcoming and always willing to help, and you could really tell that they cared about making sure guests had a great experience.
We would highly recommend Lagoon Attitude and the Attitude Hotels group. We had such a wonderful week and would happily stay again!
We just returned from our absolute fantastic vacation at Lagoon Attitude. The service of the whole team, from Housekeeping over restaurant and reception to all who where working in the background was extraordinary. Every request was handled faster than you could blink. Hygiene, Cleanliness and also the food in the restaurant was on a very high level. The evening buffets at Le Benetier offered always a wide variety of dishes. We also did the sunset cruise that was organized by the hotel /boat house for a supplement. It was every rupee worth it. The crew did an amazing job also the sundown did. We totally recommend it as a great evening experience with local food and drinks.

really enjoyed our holiday here in September 2026. The food is really good and there are lots of sunbeds on the beaches and pools. The staff are really efficient in the restaurants and buffet area and our room was well cleaned each day. If you are interested there is a glass bottom boat and diving or snorkel activities available. Marcello really made this trip a great time for us.
Just returned from 2 weeks at this beautiful hotel, and what an amazing experience it was!! From the moment we arrived we felt as though we were in a tropical paradise. The gardens and grounds are kept to an extremely high standard and all public areas very clean. The food was excellent in the buffet restaurant and kept to a visually appealing high standard, with a member of team always checking for spillages and wiping down. Lemon Grass restaurant was excellent & highly recommended. Coral restaurant was also excellent & highly recommended. Kot Nou restaurant wasn't for us, but a good experience. Taba-J is recommended and makes a nice change to have lunch. We had a pool view room which was great and kept very clean and tidy by "Begum"., who was also incredible at towel art! The staff are just unbelievable, all of them are so friendly and welcoming. The management team are brilliant too and go above & beyond to help. A special mention to a couple of staff members - 'Henna' who works the bar area, she is so personable and friendly. How she remembers you triple, I'll never know. "Vitto' who works the restaurant and afternoon tea bar, he goes out of his way to look after you, and always had a lovely smile and a wave for you. He even came to reception when he was off duty to come and say goodbye to us, which we found particularly touching. We will definitely be returning to this little bit of paradise!
