The hotel has undergone a full refurbishment in recent times and guests can fully relax at the hotel's Banyan Spa, with a wide range of treatments available for you to rejuvenate during your stay. There is a variety of opportunities for various watersports activities too. Guests will have a choice of two restaurants and two bars to dine at, offering a range of dishes from around the globe. You can also enjoy the lagoon style swimming pool, complete with sun loungers.

Beautiful resort, but improvements are needed to make this a better experience
Beautiful location and the position of the pool leading onto the beach looks great, it’s a very stunning set up. The overall flow of the resort is great with paths all leading you intuitively around.
Very nice staff, helpful and friendly. We had good experiences with managers being attentive, reception and greeting staff being informative and the room staff being efficient and accommodating. The bar staff are great and deliver to you on the beach.
Food - needs serious attention. Rendezvous restaurant not good quality, food not hot enough, and standard fare on offer felt very mediocre both for breakfast and dinner. It is a chaotic environment and particularly at breakfast; tables are not cleared quickly enough and finding a clean table was often a challenge- they often felt sticky. We did not enjoy any good food in there. Mosaic is better - small portions - but more tasty. 1810 the best food, lovely location too.
There is nowhere to buy snacks - we made several visits to the supermarket to get fruit, cheese, crisps etc as we were half board. The bar does have a lunch menu but it does end up being pretty expensive and sometimes you just want a little bite and not to have to wait ages for food - the service is quite slow.
The bizarre loud music blasting out from the poolside on a regular basis each morning was quite out of keeping with the peace and tranquility of the resort. We were told it was aqua aerobics but we didn’t see anyone doing aqua aerobics, it was an area to be avoided as it was like being in a nightclub at the wrong end of the day.
Room - we had a family deluxe. It was quite serviceable, nice view of the beach, all amenities. Not deluxe as such.
Overall - loved the location, really nice staff, beautiful country and we did some great tours - speedboat tour for example. But we came home very hungry and we didn’t quite get the relaxation we had been seeking.
Value for money - no, we feel we paid a lot and it should have been better.

Had an amazing experience, great foods and amazing views. Alain and mackline were very welcoming and kind. They made us feel at ease .

Sooraj...Ashven..Kooshal at 1810...Animation team..the list is too long..See you soon guys, and I still strongly RECOMMEND everyone to visit the Hotel and have the priviledge to enjoy the services thereat..10/10
