Preskil Island Resort is a 4-star superior hotel located in the Mahebourg area of Mauritius, on the south-eastern coastline. The hotel offers glorious, uninterrupted views of the Ile Aux Aigrettes nature reserve as well as the Indian Ocean.
The hotel has undergone a full refurbishment in recent times and guests can fully relax at the hotel's Banyan Spa, with a wide range of treatments available for you to rejuvenate during your stay. There is a variety of opportunities for various watersports activities too. Guests will have a choice of two restaurants and two bars to dine at, offering a range of dishes from around the globe. You can also enjoy the lagoon style swimming pool, complete with sun loungers.
Your room at Preskil Island Resort will be decorated in light wood and has pastel colours to give a very light and bright feeling as soon as you enter. The room will have either a balcony or a terrace and will be equipped with air-conditioning, minibar, free Wi-Fi, a television and tea/coffee making facilities. Bathrooms have a hairdryer, bathrobes and slippers. Upgraded rooms are available at a supplement.

Not recommended! We booked day package directly with hotel due to yesterday being a public holiday and guess what they made us pay 1600 rs for a 3 year old while on all booking platforms its free (payable as from 4 yrs old) and on marideal even till 6 yrs old its free (promo) as other mauritian guests confirmed. The receptionist even tried to hide it on receipt by mentioning restaurant price only instead of day package.
We stayed at Preskil Island Resort to celebrate my grandma’s birthday and it was such a lovely experience. Our sea-facing rooms had a gorgeous view of the beach and mountains. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable and the hotel itself is absolutely beautiful. There was a great variety of food for both lunch and dinner. The tea-time options for vegetarians were a little limited but overall, we really enjoyed the dining experience. A special thank you to Prashant and Keshnee, who went above and beyond to make my grandma’s birthday memorable with the thoughtful cake and champagne. We truly appreciated the effort and kindness. Overall, it was a wonderful stay.
We were extremely satisfied with basically everything that Preskil Resort offered. As my friend is wheelchair bound, we were careful with our choice of resort, and we were not disappointed! The staff were exceptional and very gracious. We also enjoyed quite a variety of food from Le-Rendezvous restaurant, and the dining at Mosaic was excellent. I will easily come back to Preskil. Thank you for a wonderful week!

We had a wonderful stay at Preskil and were very pleased with the entire team. The food was amazing and the hotel was very clean. A special thank you to Mr. Rakesh from Executive Housekeeping for his kindness, Mr. Loic from the Boathouse for being very friendly, and Mr. Anand from Reservations for his kind assistance right from the start. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely recommend Preskil to others.
