Constance Le Chaland

Our family had a truly wonderful stay at Constance Le Chaland. This was our very first family experience with Constance, celebrating our daughter's birthday, and it exceeded all our expectations.

From the moment we arrived, we were genuinely impressed by the warm welcome and exceptional hospitality. We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Mr. Nicolas L'Espérance for his kindness and warm welcoming, and to Ms. Melissa Courteau at the front desk for the thoughtful birthday surprise, which made our celebration even more memorable.

We would also like to express our sincere appreciation to Mr. Vikash and Mrs. Maria at the restaurant. Your professionalism, attentiveness, and outstanding service made every meal a delightful experience.

Our room was beautifully designed, spacious, and exceptionally clean. It was tastefully decorated, offering both comfort and elegance, and every detail contributed to a relaxing and luxurious atmosphere. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities provided exceeded our expectations. Housekeeping maintained the room impeccably throughout our stay, making our experience even more enjoyable. It truly felt like a home away from home.

The gym was exceptionally well equipped, featuring a wide range of modern, high-quality equipment suitable for both strength training and cardio workouts. It was clean, spacious, and very well maintained, creating a comfortable and motivating environment for exercise. We truly appreciated having access to such excellent fitness facilities throughout our stay.

As we return home, we leave with heavy hearts because it is difficult to say goodbye, but our hearts are also filled with beautiful memories that we will cherish forever.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Constance Le Chaland Iko Mauritius, and honestly, everything from check in to check out was fantastic. The check in process was warm and welcoming, and the staff made us feel at home right from the start, with a smooth process that got us settled in quickly.

Our room was spacious and comfortable with direct beach access, making it easy to enjoy the ocean whenever we wanted. The rooms were cleaned every day, so whenever we came back from a day of excursions, it was so comforting to walk into a fresh, spotless room. The beach itself was immaculately clean and well maintained, with soft sand and clear water that made every visit feel like a postcard.

The food at the resort was another highlight. The range of dining options was impressive, offering something for everyone. A special shout out goes to Raj, who made our dining experience truly memorable. He was attentive, accommodating, and went out of his way to make sure every meal felt special. We also loved Zafraan, the Indian restaurant, where the chef personally welcomed us to the restaurant. The food felt like a slice of home. The pools were well kept, and we want to give a special mention to Kishore and Rati, who consistently checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed.

One thing we really appreciated was the range of free daily activities offered by the hotel, including yoga, hiking, volleyball, and glass-boat snorkelling. We took advantage of the hiking and the glass boat snorkelling, and both were fantastic experiences that we would highly recommend. If you have free days during your stay, definitely make time to check out the activities on offer; they add so much value to the overall experience.

Overall, our stay at Constance Le Chaland Iko Mauritius was exceptional. Between the attentive staff, beautiful surroundings, great food, and fun activities, we left with wonderful memories and would happily return.
