It was a great experience and the food was very tasty and delicious 😋. Since we arrival we got a marvelous welcome from the reception team Shalini ,Meghna ,Arielle and Brittany. They are always helpful. The restaurant team was very nice The mini bar guy is too good.
Very lovely hotel. Food could do with a change as pretty much the same every day. Staff were fantastic especially Soonil in the restaurant and Selvy at the main bar. Selvy is a huge asset to the hotel and goes above and beyond for EVERYONE ALL OF THE TIME. Reception staff and housekeeping very polite. Thank you and see you next time. Lee & Scott 3116
The staff were lovely and always ready to help. The location is beautiful and the beach offers great views of the sunrise and sunsets. Veena was amazing and looked after our room and Selvy was brilliant. She definitely knows her way around! Soonil was always ready to greet us and would always say hello every time we went to the restaurant for food. Hotel offers a good choice of music throughout the day and it has a good range of activities including volleyball, table tennis and boules. The reception staff were always happy and gave us the best welcome when we first arrived. We were giving a little snack and a welcome drink which was very tasty. Overall, the stay was really good and would definitely come back!
What a fabulous experience! The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful as I am mobility challenged. Nothing was too much trouble and always with a smile. The buffet style meals - breakfast and dinner - had a great variety of items catering for all tastes and countries...from Italy to Mauritius - wow, we loved the choice. The weather was not great as it was very windy and raining but we still had a great stay and would definitely recommend Solana Beach Hotel to friends.
