At OneAndOnly our absolute priority is the health safety and well-being of our guests and colleagues. Now more than ever due to the ever-evolving COVID-19 situation we are focusing on our guest experience and ensuring we are exceeding the protocols from the worlds leading health experts including the World Health Organization and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention CDC. Please note that on 19 March 2020 the Republic of Mauritius has issued a government advisory closing the border to all arriving passengersl. In addition a mandatory curfew has been implemented as of 23 March 2020 which means that guests will not be able to enjoy the full OneAndOnly experience. Guests can continue to enjoy the resort beach and pools- the gardens and Club One. Dining will be available at La Terrasse and en suite. The Spa and the KidsOnly remain closed.We remain vigilant about the health and safety of all our guests and colleagues without compromising your guest experience.

We loved the private dinner that we had at the villa. The service was truly exceptional. Every member of staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional. Everything felt effortless and seamless, and the team were always there when needed without ever feeling intrusive. It made the whole experience so comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

An Exceptional Experience
Our stay at One&Only was truly a wonderful experience from start to finish. The resort is beautiful, especially the beach, and all the restaurants we tried were excellent. Everything was well organized, relaxing, and enjoyable.
A special thank you to our host, Bassil who made everything throughout our stay incredibly easy and enjoyable. From arranging my spa appointment, to organizing our full-day speedboat experience and all its activities, to arranging our visit to the city and the local market, he was always there to assist us with every detail.
What stood out the most was when I asked him for a recommendation for a local restaurant. He immediately understood what we were looking for and recommended one of the best seafood restaurants we experienced during our trip. It was a truly unique dining experience and definitely one of the highlights of our stay.
Bassil was always responsive, quick to assist, and made sure we had all the information we needed. His attention to detail and genuine willingness to help made our stay feel effortless and very personal.
I would also like to thank the entire One&Only team. Every single person we interacted with was incredibly respectful, warm, friendly, and welcoming. There wasn’t a single person we met who didn’t bring positive and genuinely lovely energy to the resort. You can truly feel that the team takes pride in creating a special experience for every guest.

Beautiful Resort, Amazing Team
We had a wonderful stay at One&Only Le Saint Géran and truly enjoyed the whole experience. The resort is beautiful, the service was excellent, and what stood out the most was the warmth and professionalism of the team.
Everyone made us feel genuinely welcomed and well taken care of throughout our stay. The attention to detail and friendly attitude made a real difference.
