The complex is bordered by a perfect white beach and a lagoon that leads out to the wonderful warm waters of the ocean. There really aren't many more amazing holiday settings than this. The terraces of the junior suites at the Lux Belle Mare look out over the lagoon and gardens. Whether you look out and see the silvery moonlight reflecting in the still pool, or awake to the glimmering sheen of the sun-dappled water, this is heaven.
The facilities are exceptional too. All suites are air conditioned and come with satellite television, phone, minibar, safe, hairdryer, tea and coffee making facilities, and Wi-Fi internet access. Amazing family holiday at LUX 🤩
We had a great family holiday at LUX Belle Mare and Komal was a big reason for why. She’s was very helpful and accommodating as soon as we arrived and responded quickly and helpfully throughout our stay. To be honest, all the staff were fantastic and we all loved the food and activities! ⭐️

We stayed at LUX* Belle Mare for our honeymoon, and from the moment we arrived, we were treated with such incredible warmth and hospitality. The entire experience was truly exceptional, and so much of that comes down to the wonderful people who work here.
The staff are simply amazing — attentive, friendly, thoughtful and always willing to go above and beyond to make your stay as special as possible.
A particular mention has to go to Nitin, who looked after us on so many occasions at the bar. He is absolutely fantastic! From the exceptional cocktails he and his team prepared to the warmth and energy he brought every time we saw him, he always made our evenings so much fun and made us feel genuinely welcome. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble.
Vijay was equally wonderful and showed us so much warmth throughout our stay — from our morning coffees and glasses of champagne to our evening cocktails. He was always attentive, welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. These personal touches made such a difference and are exactly what we will remember about our honeymoon.
The hotel itself is beautiful, but it is the level of service that really sets LUX* Belle Mare apart. Our room was impeccably maintained and refreshed throughout the day, and everywhere we went, we were greeted by staff who were friendly, approachable and genuinely happy to help with anything we needed.
And the food deserves just as much praise — absolutely delicious, beautifully presented and with an incredible variety throughout the resort. The quality was consistently impressive and dining became another highlight of our stay.
Overall, our honeymoon at LUX* Belle Mare was nothing short of fabulous. There is a genuine sense that everyone here wants to make your stay as memorable, comfortable and welcoming as possible. It’s rare to find a hotel where the surroundings, food and service all come together so beautifully.
A huge thank you to Nitin, Vijay and the entire LUX* Belle Mare team for making our honeymoon so special. We leave with wonderful memories and would return in a heartbeat. An exceptional hotel with exceptional people, we couldn’t recommend it highly enough!

My wifes 60th birthday, we thought we try Lux Belle mare in Mauritius, we truly enjoyed our stay here , location was amazing, the staff were incredibly intentive and welcoming, Staff such as Nirma,Shista,Darshanah Dolores and all others made our stay unforgettable Luckily, with the Food, there was an Indian station, chef-by Mr. Singh, truly an amazing cook, who catered for all our needs. On my wife's 60th we ate at the Amari by Vineet great Indian vegetarian food chef by by Ravi and served by Vishal They made my wife’s day very special, Above all my thanks goes to Jennifer Clarisse who made my wife’s stay amazing and memorable From the hotel, the staff the beach of Food truly the most amazing place.

Best holidays delivered by the best team
Of course — here is the corrected version with “my wife”.
We travel extensively and have both worked in the luxury industry for more than twenty years, so our expectations are naturally high. LUX* Belle Mare exceeded them!
From the excellent communication in the weeks leading up to our trip, including the opportunity to upgrade our room, to the moment we arrived, everything was handled with genuine care and professionalism.
Throughout our stay, the entire team showed an extraordinary level of attention and anticipation. A very special mention must go to Mahen and Karan, the butlers of our villa, who seemed to always be one step ahead. Nothing was ever too much trouble.
They also helped me create a wonderful romantic surprise for my wife, with a beautifully prepared bath followed by a private dinner. It was one of those very special moments that we will remember for a long time.
The setting itself is exceptional: a beautifully preserved beach, snorkeling, an excursion to Île des Deux Cocos, a wonderful spa, unforgettable sunrises… and so much more.
We visited in July, during the Mauritian winter, and the weather was simply perfect. Temperatures were between 20°C and 26°C every day, with a gentle, warm breeze coming from the southern seas. There were occasionally very short rain showers, but they never once interfered with our plans or our enjoyment of the holiday.
The gym is very well equipped, and Jean-Pierre, the coach, deserves a special mention. He is extremely knowledgeable and made training during the holiday a real pleasure.
We chose the All-Inclusive package and were extremely happy with it. It never felt limiting in any way. The choice is very generous, with essentially only premium spirits and a few premium products outside the plan.
We also experienced the two restaurants that are not included in the All-Inclusive package, Amari and Duck Laundry. Both delivered truly outstanding food and service and, in our opinion, are worthy of a Michelin star. They are absolutely worth experiencing during your stay.
But what really sets LUX* Belle Mare apart is the attention to detail and the professionalism of its people. These are the things that transform a beautiful holiday into unforgettable memories: candlelit drinks on the beach, rose petals and romantic decorations in the bathroom, wonderful dinners, and an entire team seemingly delighted to help make every little surprise happen.
Two months later, we still think about our stay almost every day.
A thousand thank-yous to the entire team and to the management, who were also remarkably attentive, for such a rare experience of generosity, warmth and genuine good humour. It truly felt like a little cure for happiness.
We will definitely come back.

Relaxing experience at lux belle mare villa
Amazing stay. We took a villa with it's own private pool. The service was excellent and we felt very pampered. Special shout out to Suren (villa manager) and Ravin and Julio (at the restaurants), and both butlers Mahen and...). Despite the weather there were a lot of other activities, we also did bottle painting, and table tennis and pádel (thank you to Gael who was very welcoming and showed us around and helped us)
