Wonderful service, food very good, great ambiance
Great location on the coast, rooms were lovely, if a bit dated and in need of repair.
I would say it is a tired hotel in need of maintenance but still offers a lot.
The food is good, the staff are mainly wonderful and accommodating.
The pool areas are plentiful, with a nice adult only section. There were lots of activities to do at no extra cost including paddleboarding, glass bottom boats, snorkeling etc.
The spa is lovely and very chilled with a nice lake and places to relax.
Our flight was over 24 hours late and as we were mainly on a golfing holiday we did not get any run down on what was included, where to go etc. When we came to check out, which is at 12 although you can use the facilities until 3pm, we explained we had not used the room, had any food, used amenities etc for the first full day and night and asked if we could stay in our room. We were told there was a cost and there was no budging. Fortunately someone else managed to secure a room at no cost until 6.
The taxi and car hire are very expensive and research will help to lower these significantly
A special thanks to Chatnaui who welcomed me to the restaurant a lot, she is an intern but is very warm and welcoming. She had a wide smile and was always happy to have a conversation. She was very friendly abd helpful. Please pass on my thanks from the lady she gave the flower too. She was a star.
