Constance Belle Mare Plage

Hello,

I visited Conctance Belle Mare Plage in July for 10 days (7-17 July). We booked a Villa (Villa 14) and had the best beach/hotel vacation ever. I think in the future it will be really hard to be beaten.

So lets start why this vacation was unforgettable.

FOOD AND DRINKS The food was incredible, there were some dishes that were the best dishes I ever had in a hotel or in restaurants. Everywhere you get exelant food and drinks, I don´t know if I will ever get so many diffrent and good food again. My advise go all inclusive so that you can eat and drink as much as you like of this gerat dishes. Without all inclusive it will get expensive soon.

Lunch Favorit was the Blue Sushi Lounge/Indigo : I loved the Singapore Ramen, the Wagyu Beef Burger, the Sunday Ice Cream (best icecream ever you need to try it) and the cheesecake.

Dinner Favorite was Blue Sushi Lounge again : The Dumplings and the starter bread were phenomenal, the cripsy chicken for kids is above tender and the chili chicken is absolutly delicious.

Then I can recommend (if you got a Villa) the Villa breakfast and most of all the Villa BBQ is a must try. The experience and food is absoluty worth it. Just do it :)

VILLA AND LOCATION As i mentioned we booked a Villa and it was worth it. It was huge and you had so many drinks and snacks, ever day at 2 pm you get cake for teatime (my kids and I loved it). And the private pool is everthing you ever wanted. Stand up and jump into it or maybe night swimming ? just do it (the pool is heated too) The beds were great and comfy and we spend lots of the time in the Villa. You have everything you need and the beach is just a jump away. If you get the chance, go for it you won´t regeret it.

ACTIVITIES The most activities are included, if you have all inclusive (highly recommended) then you can play golf for free, snorkeling as often as you like and do waterski/Glass Bottom Boat tour, rent (for free) some small kinds of boats aso. so plenty of activities all included, it is sooo great.

i can say the snorkeling was the absolute highlite. Stunning ocean snorkeling spot really nice boat driver, lots of fishes and beautiful corals with white sand between, crystal clear water ... just do it. I tried golf the first time (there is a free instruction session on thursday I think) it was fun, and as I said you can go there anytime and play for free if you are all inclusive. I take my shot and went to the driving range to hit some balls. Was fun mybe I will start playing golf at home now.

THINKS ARROUND THE HOTEL There are many trips arround the hotel, many diffrent locations in diffrent bioms (north, west, east, south) fast to reach so you don´t need to do whole day trips. Any location is reachable in 1 - 1,5 hours max. We visited some and I have to say we had great taxi drive with good small talk and because of them I learned a lot of the people, mauritious and all the thinks you need to know. Really great experience you should try

SOME MORE DETAILS TO THE MENTIONABLE PEOPLE: First of all the people and the service. All the people at constance are all extremly nice, they help you out if you need anything, will give you advises if you didn´t know anything, will freaquently ask you (in a good way) if all is fine or if you need anything. And are really really nice all the time. I had lots of small talks with many of the people and we get to know each other better so as we leave it feels a bit to leave good friends. I cannot name all of this great people so I will give a shoutout the people I spend the most time with.

First of all there is our Villa Master Jay (Jaymangal) he was so nice and helpful, took care of anything, fullfilled wishes that we didn´t know that we had them :) and gave us safety with his calm and pleasant manner. We felt in good hands all of the time and we were really sad that we have to leave after 10 days. Jay I wish you all the best for you and you loved one in the furture. Thank you so much for all you did.

We tried all a la carte restaurants in the hotel and the food in constance in many places was the best food I had in hotels and most restaurants. In terms of food the Blue Sushi Lounge was our absolut favorit for Lunch and Dinner. Of course we had many encounters in the restaurants, and I have to name this absolut brilliant waiter and waitress for their outstanding service, I never felt so good in restaurant I promise.

At our second day we visited the Blue Penny Cellar, great steaks and wine, you need to visit it. And there we met Lucas our waiter. He was so understanding and patient with us, gave us good food advise and interacted totally nice with my two sons. He made this evening wonderful.

At the Deer Hunter on the third day we meet Anil our waiter there. He was so unbeliveable friendly and has such a good mood, the evening was absoluty fantastic. At the resataurant where lots of people that needs to be served but he managed it so good to give us the feeling that his attantion is just about us. Great waiter and we had nice small talks and fun too. Thank you very much Anil.

Then we visited the Blue Sushi Lounge (many times, food wise our favorit). There we met Yonnela and Aavishkaar. These both gave us a really great time there. Yonnela was very friendly all the time and knows exactly what we like after our second visit. Unbelivable, the one time we waited for ordering drinks but she allready knew what we will order and brought it to us. Thank you very much Yonnela and I would wish to have such a good memory as you, we felt special because of you thx a lot for that :)

And thanks a lot Aavishkaar, we had great talks, you smiled the whole time (and make us smile too) and make every wish we had at dinner possible. You where like a friend and I think if you wouldn´t have to work we could talk for hours. Thanks a lot that you gave us such a great time at the Blue Suhi Lounge, I hope all you wishes will come true.

At the reception there was Lena i met. So sad that we had not that many encounters but everyone we had made me smile. We had very nice talks and I hope your future will be as bright and beautiful as you are. Stay healthy and perhaps we meet again, in mauritius or in germany :)

Last but not least the buggy driver Kailash. He was really nice from the start, everytime we think about a drive he was there. He greats all the time and asked us everytime we meet if he can assist us. Kailash you did a great job and made our visit most comortable. I hope we meet us again. Thx a lot

So I hope I could convince some people to visit this great place with great people, great food and drinks, the perfekt hotel and in my opinion best weather combination on this island.

Sry for the wall of text but the people and the hotel deserves every word.

Arguably the best stay I have ever experienced. The staff simply couldn’t do enough for us. The restaurant manager Sanjay supported by super Chefs Vishnu, Veer & team were so careful with my wife’s allergies. Not a single instance or episode during our stay. Rishi the bar manager and his team were brilliant with the cocktails and service they provided. What an amazing experience, I would never consider staying anywhere else in Mauritius. Looking forward to coming back in the coming years. Thank you.

We recently stayed here for our honeymoon, and it was absolute perfection from start to finish. The entire resort is stunning, but what truly makes this place special is the incredible staff and the world-class service.

A massive shoutout to the Kalsh Getting around the beautiful, expansive property was always a breeze, and the golf car guy went completely above and beyond—always arriving with a huge smile, amazing energy, and making sure we got to where we needed to go comfortably and quickly. He truly added a wonderful spark to our daily experience.

Another absolute highlight was our time at the spa with the spa team (Prisaila, Wassirah, Sheena, Oceane, Antuya). The massage therapists are exceptionally skilled and intuitive. After days of travel, their treatment was exactly what we needed to completely unwind and sink into relaxation mode. It was hands-down one of the best massages we've ever had.
