Cocoon Maldives

Spent 15 amazing nights at this wonderful place.

We arrived at Cocoon Maldives on 21st June for our annual holiday… We were met at Male airport by a representative for Cocoon who escorted us to the seaplane lounge where refreshments were made available while we waited for our departure to the island. Beautiful lounge at the airport and we were well taken care of and kept informed throughout regarding our pending seaplane departure.

After an amazing journey to the island we were greeted by Adda our contact throughout our stay.. Adda we would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your care and kindness to us during our stay. You were always available to us no matter the questions or with whatever we requested. You truly are a lovely man.

Now onto the resort…. We have visited the Maldives four times this being our fifth visit and we can honestly say that this has been our favourite and we are already planning our return next year.

We had a beautiful lagoon villa that was cleaned twice daily by the lovely Jewel who always left our villa spotlessly clean and left us some wonderful towel art and then surprised us with a beautiful bed decoration for our anniversary. Thank you Jewel you are a star.

Now onto the food we don’t know where to start we can honestly say the food here was delicious something for everyone beautiful breakfast lunch and themed dinner every night.

We did book the Manta restaurant for our anniversary dinner and this was amazing. Dian was our maitre’d for this evening greeting us with her beautiful smile and her hospitality was second to none. Thank you Dian for your hospitality and kindness you have shown us throughout our stay.

This resort is beautiful it’s not a big resort my husband walked the island everyday in 30 minutes.

Like I have previously mentioned the resort is beautiful and we will 100% be returning next year.

What actually makes Cocoon so special is the staff we have never been so looked after on any of our holidays.

Firstly the staff that work at the octopus restaurant. Saya and Tei for greeting us everyday with your warm smile and truly wonderful hospitality.

Shaheen you have completely stolen our hearts!!.. from your amazing personality your smile and just your warmth and kindness towards us Thank you.

Iran and Mahesh for keeping us topped up with water and my coffee’s every morning thank you for keeping us hydrated.

To all the bar staff that works the bar everyday thank you for your service and smiles everyday.

Naresh who always made an effort to speak to us everyday with a smile on his face.

Lina and Sudika and Vish for fetching my Pina coladas with a smile.

Now onto management Afeef, Ford and the rest of the team thank you for making sure we had everything we needed.

Now a special mention to Ahu what can we say other than a massive thank you. You truly went above and beyond our needs. Arranging a surprise dinner for us then brought a beautiful breakfast to our table and tonight is our last night where you have yet again arranged another surprise!… Thank you Ahu we cannot tell you how incredibly grateful we are. Thank you again for making us feel very special.

So as we are getting ourselves ready to depart this beautiful resort we would like to thank each and every team member for making our holiday so special.

We feel blessed to have met you all and we leave with a smile and wonderful memories of our holiday that we got to share with you.

We have just returned from an unforgettable stay at Cocoon Maldives, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything exceeded our expectations.

The resort is absolutely stunning, with crystal-clear waters, beautiful white sandy beaches, excellent facilities, and a peaceful atmosphere that made it the perfect place to relax. The food was delicious and varied, and every member of the staff was warm, welcoming, and genuinely committed to making our stay special.

We would like to give a very special thank you to our concierge, Nauf, who was always available, attentive, and incredibly helpful. He made everything effortless, answered all our questions, and ensured that every detail of our stay was taken care of. His kindness and professionalism truly made a difference.

We would also like to recognize Isse, who looked after our room every day. He did an exceptional job keeping it spotless, tidy, and beautifully prepared. It was always a pleasure returning to such a perfectly maintained room, and we really appreciated his hard work and attention to detail.

The people are what make Cocoon Maldives truly special. Their genuine hospitality, friendliness, and dedication created memories that we will cherish forever.
