There are also two bars: Loabi Loabi Pool Bar, perfect for social evenings, and Kurum-Bar, ideal for relaxed sunset drinks.
Guests can unwind by the resort’s outdoor swimming pool or indulge in treatments at The Spa, which features a sauna, steam room, outdoor spa tub, and a variety of therapies from around the world. The resort also offers a PADI-certified dive centre, a range of water sports, and a fully equipped indoor and outdoor gym. Daily activities include yoga, pilates, aqua aerobics, along with live entertainment and cultural shows.
Beach Villas offer stunning views of the ocean and come with a flat-screen TV, minibar, tea/coffee making facilities, sitting area, telephone, and complimentary Wi-Fi. The open-plan bathrooms feature a shower, WC with bidet, and double vanities, all within a stylish, air-conditioned space. The Cocoon Maldives is the epitome of paradise. The resort is a scenic, 30-minute seaplane journey from Velana International Airport in Male. The property lies on the island of Ookolhufinolhu and is surrounded by white sandy beaches.
Cocoon Maldives is faultless!!!! I read all the positive reviews on here and thought ‘that can’t be right there must be some negatives’ but no, the reviews are right, there are no negatives!!! From start to finish it was incredible, we got off our seaplane to the most beautiful welcome, felt like royalty, so much so it made me quite emotional and I had to fight back the tears!!! Then we were introduced to Nappe our island host, fantastic guy who made sure we were looked after all week. Dined in Mantra for my 50th, incredible and well worth the extra spend. Food in the buffet restaurant is really good, there is a different theme every night, you won’t get bored if you don’t want to spend any extra on the paid restaurants. Cocktails on the all inclusive were varied and really good, whiskey apple smash was our favorite 👌🏻 Room was cleaned twice everyday so every time we returned to the room it was clean, beds made and fresh towels, far above your standard hotel service. Great snack bar but be warned you do have to pay extra for this. Lots of trips to do, we did the sunset cruise which was stunning 🤩 Then there’s the island itself WOW WOW WOW, breathtakingly beautiful 🏝️🤩 To sum up…i can’t recommend this place enough, it is absolute paradise 🏝️ I’d return in a heartbeat 💓 if you’re undecided just book it you won’t regret it!!!

Staying at Cocoon Maldives was the absolute definition of a dream honeymoon. From the warm airport greeting and scenic seaplane transfer to the very last moment, every detail was handled seamlessly. The villas are bright, remarkably spacious, spotless, and provide complete privacy. Waking up to uninterrupted views of the turquoise lagoon and drifting off to the gentle sound of the waves is an experience you never forget. Every single team member is genuinely welcoming, attentive, and smiling. The main buffet offers a fresh and diverse selection with rotating daily themes. We highly recommend staying at Cocoon Maldives and we would return in a heartbeat!

Cocoon Maldives is a true paradise. From the moment we arrived, the place felt calm, beautiful and made for switching off completely.
The hospitality was outstanding. Nappe went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and looked after throughout our stay. A big thank you also to Naresh, Gayan, Bayan and the whole bar team. Their attention, warmth and friendly service made every evening special.
Every member of staff we met was kind, attentive and genuinely happy to help. If you want a peaceful, relaxing escape with wonderful people looking after you, this is the place. We would happily return.
