Boyalik Beach Hotel and Spa

We booked Boyalık Hotel Çeşme for 2 adults and 2 children, so we expected a family room that was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate a double bed, a single bed, a cot, and our luggage. Instead, we were given a room that was barely big enough for 2 adults, let alone a family of four.

My husband immediately spoke to reception and explained that the room was not suitable and that we needed a larger room. Unfortunately, we were simply told there was nothing they could do, which was extremely disappointing.

The problems didn’t stop there. When we entered the room, the air conditioning wasn’t working, the sink was blocked, and the bathroom door wouldn’t close properly. We reported all of these issues before going out for dinner. Someone came to repair the air conditioning and unblock the sink, but the bathroom door was still broken when we returned. On top of that, the room was dirty, with spiders on the ceiling, which is unacceptable for any hotel.

This was our second stay at Boyalık Hotel Çeşme, but it will definitely be our last. The standard of the hotel has noticeably declined since our previous visit. Being expected to stay in such a cramped, poorly maintained room with two children was unacceptable. Once the double bed, single bed, and cot were in the room, there was virtually no space left to walk or move around.

For the price we paid, we expected much better. A clean, well-maintained room that comfortably accommodates the number of guests booked is the bare minimum. Instead, we were met with poor customer service, unresolved maintenance issues, and an unsuitable room.

Sadly, I cannot recommend this hotel, especially to families travelling with children. There are far better options in Çeşme that value their guests and provide accommodation that matches what is advertised

We stayed at Boyalık Beach Hotel & Spa in july 2025 as a family (2 adults and 1 child), and we had a fantastic experience from the moment we arrived.

The hotel’s location is excellent, offering stunning panoramic views over the crystal-clear Aegean Sea. Waking up every morning with such a beautiful view was truly unforgettable.

The hotel has a beautiful private beach with soft sand and clear, calm water, making it perfect for families with young children. We spent many relaxing hours enjoying the beach and the peaceful atmosphere.

The swimming pool is spacious, clean, and well maintained. There is also a dedicated area for children, allowing families to relax while the little ones have fun safely.

Our son really enjoyed the Kids Club, where the staff were welcoming and attentive. It was wonderful to see children having so many activities available throughout the day.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing everything we needed for a relaxing family holiday.

The food was delicious, with a wide variety of fresh dishes every day. There was something for everyone, and the quality of the buffet exceeded our expectations.

One of the hotel’s greatest advantages is its proximity to Çeşme city center, where you can enjoy the lively atmosphere, restaurants, cafés, and seaside walks. It is also a great base for discovering the beautiful surroundings of the region.

The evening entertainment was enjoyable, creating a pleasant atmosphere for both adults and children after a relaxing day by the sea.

What truly made our stay special was the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. Everyone was welcoming, always smiling, and genuinely committed to making guests feel at home.

Overall, we had an unforgettable family holiday at Boyalık Beach Hotel & Spa. The beautiful beach, excellent facilities, delicious food, relaxing atmosphere, and exceptional hospitality made this a place we would happily return to.
