Lavanta Hotel Turunc

We arrived at the hotel around 8:45-9:00 pm and couldn’t find anyone at the reception desk. Then a lady with a frowning face appeared and took the photos of our picture IDs. I objected it as the copies of our national IDs are not relevant to the information to be provided at the police. (Just names, DOB and national ID numbers are enough). She stared at us and another helpful young gentleman came to attend us. He was reasonable and much more polite. After we checked in to our room, he told us that WIFI service is currently unavailable and we could cancel if we wished. My son who is 13 lives on WIFI, so this was extremely important for us, therefore we canceled and decided to leave the hotel. He and his assistant kindly helped us with our luggage, apologized for the inconvenience and we shook hands cordially. We cannot comment further as we neither enjoyed the views, nor the breakfast etc but the staff was kind and helpful.

Beautiful hotel! I was lucky enough to stay at this hotel for 7 nights! Excellent location of the hotel - at the foot of the mountain, from where you can see the bay and the city. The architecture of the hotel is very beautiful. Successful styling to the style of Santorini, with all the authentic details. The rooms are large, spacious and bright. There is a large terrace with sun beds in front of the room where you can see the bay and the surrounding mountains. The hotel has a cozy, family atmosphere. Delicious breakfasts of local products, from their garden. Hotel in family management. Photos of the hotel do not reflect all its beauty. In fact, everything in the hotel is clearly better, more beautiful. The sea can be reached on foot in 20 minutes. Hotel Lavante - where you want to return again and again. Strongly recommend. At the Hotel Lavante you will have a great time.
