Excellent resort and facilities. Food Excellent, especially Breeze Restaurant for non- buffet. Private beach, not crowded at all. Excellent safety.

Far From Elite Service: Disappointing Bars, Repetitive Food, and Unhelpful Staff
Hilton Dalaman feels like an overly sterile and mediocre resort that falls short of its advertised ultra all-inclusive status. While the property itself is spacious and pleasant for walking, the rest of the experience is thoroughly disappointing. The dining quality is remarkably average: the food is repetitive and lacks flavor, while the desserts are completely unappealing. Service at the bars is equally weak, with staff frequently refusing takeaway orders for no clear reason and often failing to bring the full order, selectively serving only one or two items out of three. The lobby bar is particularly poor—persistently dirty and staffed by unwelcoming personnel. The biggest issue, however, was the complete lack of care regarding a late checkout for our family. We requested an extension beforehand through our travel agent, who never received a response. At check-in, the front desk assured us it would not be a problem and told us to return 24 hours prior to departure. When we approached them early the morning before leaving, we were flatly refused under the claim that our specific room was fully booked—even though numerous rooms of various categories were still actively available for booking on major reservation sites. An email sent directly to the hotel management regarding this matter was simply ignored. To make matters worse, the resort offers no quiet or dedicated facilities to feed or put an infant to sleep after checkout. If you are traveling with a young child, be prepared for zero flexibility or assistance.
Amazing service by amazing staff!
Amazing experience, loved the hotel and went back to the exact same hotel on the 2nd visit. Whilst travelling we do not usually visit the same hotel as we like to experience new place but this hotels service and food made it wonderful that we came back. Wanted to give a big shout out to Murat Bal as he served us daily on both visits with our drinks and has such a friendly and welcoming manner. All other staff all over the resort were also so helpful which made us appreciate our stay and makes such an impact on our holiday, thanks!!

thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Hilton Dalaman, but what truly made the holiday unforgettable was the Youngster Club. The incredible staff and the friends I made there created an amazing atmosphere that made every day so much fun.
A huge thank you to Batuhan Turan, Atahan Uğur, Efe Sentürk, Oktay Gülbay, Emirhan, Ayşegul , Aysima, and Mehmet for making the experience so special. They organised a fantastic range of activities, including football, football tennis, night basketball, and many more, ensuring there was always something exciting to take part in.
Their enthusiasm, friendliness, and energy made every activity enjoyable, and they played a huge part in making this one of the best holidays I've ever had
