Location was fantastic short walk to beach shops and pretty central to everything needed It was a lovely warm atmosphere lovely quiet area and hotel ideal for relaxing Staff were very welcoming and nothing was a bother to any of them The rooms were ample we requested a pool view and two days later we were moved as Memhet had read our email. One fault within the room was the shower head attachment was broken but still useable so didn’t complain Not a lot of choice for breakfast but maybe we are too fussy always plenty there just not our choice I did enjoy the yogurt and melon though Definitely great value for money Perfect in every other aspect Memhet was very attentive to all his guests Always smiling 😊 We enjoyed our evening meal we had here food was of a high standard Have been to Turkey 20+ years Would definitely spend another holiday here Well done Memhet 🇹🇷♥️
perfect location 5 mins to bars, beach and amenities, lovely atmosphere, very friendly and welcoming staff and that was fab for a solo traveller like myself, my room was really nice and comfy, very clean with fridge, safe and air con, lovely balcony facing pool and mountain the furniture on the balcony could do with an updated. Im not really a pool person but on the two occasions I sat by it there were sun loungers free, Barman made a great pina-coladas. I didnt eat in the hotel but other guest were saying the food was good. I would definitely stay here again
Well, what a lovely welcome at this ‘home from home’ hotel experience. Right on arrival, Mehmet greeted me and showed me to my room carrying my bag. Every morning a smile and nothing was ever too much trouble. And Recep, always ready for a chat and my favourite cocktail at the bar. When you travel solo these touches are what makes the difference between being alone and lonely. Thank you for making it such an amazing experience 🙏
We had another lovely stay at this hotel. The location is ideal, just a few minutes from the beach and the main strip, yet still quiet. Check-in was smooth, and the reception team were friendly and welcoming. The manager, Mehmet, was attentive and made us feel at home, always on hand and when we asked he gave us advice as to when & who to use for trips etc. The cleaning staff were very friendly and the hotel was consistently clean and tidy. Rooms were a decent size with a nice size balcony. Water in the fridge on our arrival and free air con and safe. No sun lounger wars as there was always loungers available regardless of the time of day. A special shout out to Reggie at the bar for excellent cocktails and consistently helpful friendly service. Food was very nice and reasonably priced for a hotel. We’d happily stay again and recommend for both location and service. Can’t wait to book for next year.
Basic rooms, very small but ideal for sleeping. On first inspection I wished to change rooms or hotels as poor attention to getting dust out of room corners and dirty bathroom wall with sanitary sticker stuck to bin. However, after wiping surfaces down myself and raising concerns with reception, the cleaner came to the room next day and resolved my concerns. From this point on, I felt that the cleaners were extremely attentive and likely just pushed for time- perhaps even poor eyesight may be to blame as she was very hard working and attentive. Late check out was permitted for 40 pound extra. Bag holding area for leaving day. Aircon and fridge available. Air-conditioning had black mould covering inside and this concerned me- was definitely chesty in the mornings. Took own kettle as none in room. Toilet ran whole trip, not idea for the finite water supply of the world, nor good for their water bill. Water shut off for short while while there, given water bottles to get us through. Breakfast juice terrible- very sour, rest of breakfast reasonable choice. Tea available. Daily room clean. Sheets changed every few days. Towels changed daily. Cleaner arranged bed into lovely designs- lovely lady and worth her weight in gold. Water on fridge on arrival. Close to beach and lagoon. Extra blanket supplied.
