Just back from another fantastic holiday in Turkey. We’ve visited Turkey many times, but this was our first stay at the Turquoise Hotel, and overall, we had a really lovely week.
The hotel is in a great location and was clean and well maintained throughout. Our room was a good size, clean and comfortable. There was always plenty of food available, with a good choice at mealtimes, so nobody could go hungry! There was lots of variety, and we always found something we enjoyed.
There was also a good selection of drinks. We had read some reviews saying the drinks weren’t very good, so we took some of our own with us — but we really didn’t need to! We all found drinks we liked and had no issues at all.
All the staff work incredibly hard, but a special mention must go to the bar and restaurant teams. They were always friendly, helpful and couldn’t do enough for us. They really helped make our holiday extra enjoyable..
The entertainment team were funny and friendly, although, personally, I felt the entertainment could have been a little better. If you enjoy bingo and karaoke you'll be fine if not the strip is only a few minutes walk,
We also had quite a lot of rain during our stay, and I felt there weren’t enough enclosed areas for guests to sit and relax when the weather wasn’t great.

Despite the weather which no one can control !! we had a fantastic week with friends and made some great memories. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return to the Turquoise Hotel. 🇹🇷☀️🍹
First off, the room was top-tier. Spick and span, dead comfy beds, and air con that actually worked a treat when it got a bit sweltering outside. Huge shoutout to the cleaning staff as well—absolute legends. Every single morning they had the place spotless, proper mint condition, leaving fresh towels and those lovely little touches. Couldn't fault them if I tried.
Now, the food—flippin' gorgeous! A proper good spread every day with loads of variety. Usually resort grub can be a bit hit-and-miss, but this was bang-on. Plenty of options even for the fussy eaters, and everything was piping hot and dead tasty. As for the booze, local spirits and beers were flowing nicely all day long. Proper decent drinks that definitely got the holiday vibes going, no watered-down nonsense!
The whole staff team works their socks off, always smiling and couldn't do enough for you. But listen, the absolute stars of the show were the entertainment team. Total legends! A massive, massive shoutout to Eren and Hasan—you boys are absolute class! From morning activities to the evening shows, they kept the energy right up and had us belly-laughing every single day. Seriously, those two made our holiday extra special
Our 4th stay at this wonderful hotel. Every time we are surprised by constant changes but also the long standing staff who are like friends! The hotel is perfectly placed for the strip & the beach but out of the way from the noise. The staff in the hotel are just amazing, especially the younger members of the bar staff Ali & Burak you are now officially adopted!!! Niyazi you are just the best & Serkhan in the shop, we go back so far my friend! Cannot recommend this hotel enough but only downside would be entertainment which could be improved massively. Especially when weather is not great! Organise quiz or impromptu bingo to bring guests together don’t just disappear!! Just feel there is more to be offered if the right team was in place!
The location of this hotel is just perfect, away from the noise and bright lights of the strip but walkable to the beach bars on the seafront within ten minutes and a further ten minutes to the Lagoon.
The rooms are small and basic but everything you need for a holiday. The food was as you'd expect it to be at your average Olu Deniz all inclusive hotels but other than the Efes beer the other drinks were quite disappointing and as for the so called cocktails, don't get me started!
The staff were mostly held down polite and a special mention for Eren who was hard working, amenable and good fun. A lovely young man. The male bar staff weren't very focused and regularly got drinks mixed up.
All in all, we had a nice enough stay here and met some really good people but probably wont return.
We had an absolutely wonderful time at Turquoise Hotel! First and foremost, a huge special thanks to the entertainment team, especially Hasan and Eren! They truly made our holiday unforgettable. Their amazing energy, fun activities, friendliness, and dedication kept everyone entertained throughout the day and evening. They work so hard to make sure every guest has a smile on their face! The food was amazing with a fantastic variety of delicious dishes every day—something for everyone to enjoy. On top of that, our rooms were spotless and very clean, with great housekeeping services making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, a fantastic resort with great service, wonderful food, clean rooms, and an unbelievable animation team. We can't wait to come back! Thank you Hasan, Eren, and the entire Turquoise Hotel team!
