We recently stayed at the Turquoise Hotel and had one of the most incredible holiday experiences ever! From the moment we arrived until the day we left, absolutely everything was top-notch. The facilities are spotless, the food is varied, fresh, and delicious with options to satisfy everyone, and the entire resort is surrounded by stunning views. The service throughout the property is warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. A Special Shoutout to the Entertainment Team! While the entire resort was fantastic, what truly made our trip extra special was the entertainment team. They bring such an infectious, high-energy vibe to the hotel without ever being pushy. A huge, heartfelt thank you goes to Eren and Hasan! These two are absolute superstars. Whether it was daytime activities, games, or evening shows, their enthusiasm, friendliness, and dedication to making guests smile were unmatched. They made us feel like family and kept us laughing the whole time. If you are looking for a place that combines relaxation, great food, wonderful amenities, and world-class entertainment, look no further than Turquoise Hotel. We are already counting down the days until we can return!
We are leaving today after a week here Rooms were very clean and well maintained, entertainment team were amazing especially a big sound out to Eren and hasan , they were absolutely amazing, so helpful, very funny and good entertainment, food was nice but we didn’t find a huge option food wise but there was something for everyone and was very good quality food All staff are 10/10 very helpful and so kind The photographer was amazing! Very kind, good with our son and the most amazing photos ! We thank you all for a beautiful holiday
Well what can I say about this place, other than it’s fantastic. From the minute you arrive at reception, no matter what time, you receive the warmest of welcomes. A lovely man escorts you and your bags to your room. Yes the rooms are basic but clean and tidy, they have everything you need, comfy bed, cracking shower and they are serviced everyday by excellent cleaners. If there is an issue, it gets sorted out without haste as nothing is ever too much trouble. The food is outstanding so much choice, with an extremely excellent salad bar, so fresh. The staff there are attentive and polite. The à la carte meal is an added bonus if you want it, as it’s an extra, but you are treated like royalty and the food is gorgeous, Ricardo is an absolute star. The bar staff are attentive friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Special shout out to Mine and Muhsin, who makes the best mojito!! If you want a decent spa, Adem is the man to see. He is the nicest fella and can recommend the best treatment for you, without forcing anything on you. The Turkish bath experience is just the best and the girls, Hannah and Kathy are the best masseuse’s. Entertainment is every day except a Monday and the entertainment team work their absolute socks off. Games throughout the day to join, or not and the evening shows are stunning Big shout out to Eren, Lena and Zehra, who are the funniest people. I would highly recommend this resort to everyone, it’s not too big, fabulous facilities and attentive and friendly staff. The strip is about 5 minutes walk away, where you can get food,drinks and entertainment. Coming back next year ❤️
Had a beautiful, relaxed holiday! Love the staff especially Eren❤️ made a lot of people happy and smile. Poolgame was lit. Bar staff also nice manager is very nice everyday a little talk with everybody. Food was great,rooms very clean. We are coming back for sure! They work hard and still are very helpful. Stay calm and dont forget oludinez!
We had a wonderful experience at Turquoise Hotel. From the moment we arrived, everything was well organized, clean, and welcoming. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist us.
The animation team deserves a special mention. They were absolutely amazing! They were energetic, friendly, and always smiling. They made sure that guests had a great time throughout the day and organized a variety of fun activities. They were especially good at communicating with guests and making everyone feel included. The food was also very good, and the hotel in general was clean and well maintained. We really appreciated the attention to detail and the effort of all the staff to make guests feel comfortable.
Overall, we had a fantastic stay at Turquoise Hotel. A special thank you to the amazing animation team for making our holiday even more fun and memorable. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to come back again!
