Turquoise Hotel Oludeniz

Absolutely fantastic hotel. All the staff are lovely and friendly. Rooms are clean and lovely with the air conditioning. Cleaners do a great job of ensuring your room is clean everyday. Ideal location 2 minute walk from the strip with bars, restaurants and shops. At the bottom of the strip there is the beach which is lovely. Pool at the hotel is clean and very refreshing when it is hot and sunny. There is a snack bar which is ideal and good food. The restaurant is lovely with a great range of food. Something for everyone to eat. Entertainment team, Eren and Hasan are lovely and friendly and always offering for you to take part in activities and always asking if everything is ok. All the bar staff are friendly and always happy to help and enjoy having banter and a laugh. Thoroughly enjoyable experience. Definetly coming back.

Where to start?! I stayed here for 10 days at the beginning of August and had the most amazing holiday.

Arriving at about 1 o'clock in the morning we were greeted by a happy, smiling receptionist who made check in quick and easy and explained everything we needed to know before we were shown to our room. There isn't a lift but a very nice guy carried out suitcases up for us. It was worth the 2 flights of stairs to see the beautiful pool and sea from our balcony.

The pool area is fantastic with steps leading down into a warm pool. There is also a kids pool and there is a separate adults only pool if you want things to be a bit quieter. We loved the atmosphere around the main pool, being able to watch the aqua aerobics and games provided by the great entertainment team. They even brought out a giant float one afternoon. Yes there is a rush for sunbeds. I know they hotel staff are trying there best to stop this.

The main restaurant served lots of yummy options for breakfast, lunch and dinner and you could also get things like burger and chips from the poolside restaurant. Ice creams are served for an hour in the afternoons. Being and ice cream lover, I would have liked this to be available more but a short stroll down the road is an amazing ice cream stand that is definitely worth a visit....or 10!

A definite must whilst your staying here is a photo session with Metin. He makes you feel so at ease whilst taking some great photos. You can then choose which ones you like and he will print them for you and send you some digital copies too.

The hotel is a short stroll down to Oludeniz which an array of shops, bars and restaurants.

The hotel offers a free shuttle service to Sugar Beach every day. This is definitely worth a visit. Beautiful warm water and you can even feed the fish so take some bread with you. There is a lovely beach bar offering drinks and food at a great price.

The last thing to say about this hotel is the thing that makes a great stay....the staff! The guys behind the bar are a credit to the hotel. They always greeted us with a smile and a hello and even remembered our drink orders. I am terrible with names but THANK YOU GUYS you really made our holiday. I will definitely be booking this hotel again....soon i hope.

First time staying at the Turquoise Hotel but would definately return! We arrived at 1am, tired after a long journey but the lady on reception was helpful and gave us all the information we needed and a sandwich each, and a nice young gentleman helped us with our cases up to our top floor room. First impressions were great, spacious, clean and all the complimentary bits we required. Amazing aircon! We only really got to fully appreciate the view from our large balcony in the morning when we saw the stunning mountains surrounding us and the sea over the rooftops. The most surreal thing was looking up and watching the paragliders high up like birds. I could have watched them all day. Beautiful hotel with lots of greenery and flowers, great pools to suit everyone, great food and variety, could not fault the service, mealtimes ran like clockwork and always plenty of tables inside or out on the terrace..Who wouldn't want to sit outdoors and admire that view. Snack bar also for a quick bite serving lovely chips, burgers, sandwiches etc and we were always thankful for an icecream at 2pm ( Im missing my daily forest fruit twister lolly) Pool and table tennis and even a daily playstation session for the kids. My son was thrilled to get a game of Fifa whilst away. Had my hair washed and blow dried twice in the hotel salon. The staff were so friendly and chatty and great prices. The hotel shop sells allsorts but the location is perfect with an array of shops, bars and restaurants in walking distance. Took the free shuttle to Sugar beach...gorgeous, nothing beats floating in the calm warm lagoon whilst admiring the mountain views. So many positives about this hotel I could go on about but the main praise comes to the staff. From the reception, cleaners, restaurant and bar staff, shop and salon, Eleanor the guest relations lady and all the entertainment team who work tirelessly, all day every day going above and beyond to make sure everyone has a great fun experience and a personal touch. Such hard workers. Have to end this long review with a special shout out to Eren and Lena. Amazingly friendly, hard working young people entertaining everyone and making us feel welcome. Eren, I will miss your crazy frog dance and surfing skills. Superstars! Any hotel would be lucky to have them. Hopefully we will see you again x Lauren and Jay ( with the crazy hair cut ) x
