Just got home lovely hotel with few bad points firstly the staff absolutely work hard bar restaurant and snack bar cleaners do a good job hotel looking a bit warn could do with the grounds being tidying up and the rooms are looking tired and maybe some better food for young and older children specifically in the evenings .one last point the sunbeds please clean them up and maybe store them in a room somewhere to keep them dry a lot of quest including my self had to take the plastic sheet of then try put them on the beds and they were sooking wet and smelt really bad I stayed in the sundia few years back when it was bed breakfast and it was so much better I no its gone All inclusive but it was so much better back then but big shout out to all hard working staff

What a wonderful experience! From the lovely hotel and excellent food to the exceptional hospitality, everything contributed to a thoroughly enjoyable stay.

What really made our visit special, however, was the staff. Every member of the team we encountered was incredibly welcoming, kind, attentive and genuinely helpful. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble.

I would particularly like to recognise three individuals who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.

Serdar was absolutely fantastic. As someone with multiple food sensitivities, dining away from home can sometimes be challenging. Serdar took the time to understand my dietary requirements and helped me navigate the menu, making the whole dining experience so much easier and more enjoyable. His care, patience and attention were greatly appreciated.

Muhammet, who looked after us at the quiet pool, was exceptional. His attentiveness was second to none, and he always seemed to know exactly when we needed another drink. Our empty glasses were replaced almost before we noticed! His thoughtful service meant we could simply relax and enjoy our time by the pool without having to ask for anything. He really was a credit to the hotel.

Sita, our lovely waitress, was an absolute delight. Her beautiful smile, cheerful personality and genuine willingness to help brought such a brightness to every interaction. She had a wonderful way of making everyone feel welcome, and her warmth and positivity made our dining experience even more enjoyable.

A special mention must also go to the chefs and kitchen team, who are always working so hard behind the scenes to produce such delicious food. Their dedication, skill and attention to detail certainly don't go unnoticed. Every meal was a pleasure, and the quality and flavours were consistently excellent. A huge thank you to everyone in the kitchen for the wonderful food and for helping make our stay so enjoyable.

The hotel itself provided a wonderful setting in which to relax and unwind.

It is often the little things that make the biggest difference, and the staff here certainly understand the meaning of genuine hospitality. Their kindness, professionalism and attention to detail turned a lovely stay into a truly memorable one.

A huge thank you to the entire team, and especially to Serdar, Muhammet, Sita and the wonderful kitchen staff, for making us feel so welcome and exceptionally well looked after.

This our second stay at this hotel, and I can honestly say I will be back. The room was really good, clean and very tidy. has had an update since our last stayed there. Can’t complain about the food either, there is certainly something for everyone. As we went later in the year, there was no sunbed wars. The staff are great and hard-working. Entertainment wise there wasn’t a lot on, but I don’t expect it just late in the year. It’s nice and close the strip, so there’s always an option for eating out or drinks if you don’t fancy the hotel. I’ll stay in different hotels in oludeniz, this is one of our favourites
