This hotel is situated just 150 metres from Oludeniz Beach, lying in the town centre. This hotel is situated just 13 km away from Fethiye. This wonderful hotel enjoys a charming architectural design, beautifully combining traditional and contemporary elements. Guests are sure to be impressed by the wide range of facilities and services that this exemplary hotel has to offer.

Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
We stayed at the Perdikia Beach for 11 nights starting on August 27th, and had a wonderful time. I don't understand the recent negative reviews, and I'm doubtful whether these people were staying at the Perdikia Beach and not some other nearby hotel. The breakfasts were amazing, and the really nice man that served up the cheese omelettes was absolutely charming and helpful as were all the staff. The hotel is within an easy walk to the centre of the resort, but far enough away to be totally quiet at night. The swimming pool is brilliant with nice shade in places. The temperature of the water was just right, and because there are steps into the pool suited my wife exactly. On our first day we had a brilliant Turkish Bath and oil massage which set us up for the rest of the holiday. This was amazing value for money, and we recommend everyone staying here should try it. I also recommend Thomas Cook Holidays that gave us this great package holiday.
This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The service was absolutely terrible from beginning to end.
The hotel was not clean, the rooms were in very poor condition, and the entire property is extremely old and poorly maintained. The Wi-Fi did not work at all, the TV didn’t work either, and many of the facilities advertised were simply unavailable.
One of the biggest issues was the airport transfer. We specifically arranged it with the hotel in advance, and they confirmed it was booked. Then, at the very last minute, they informed us that no transfer was coming and told us to take a taxi instead. This nearly caused us to miss our flight, creating unnecessary stress that could have been completely avoided.
The evening entertainment promised in the hotel’s description does not exist. Don’t expect the animation or activities that are advertised.
To make matters worse, the front desk staff was incredibly rude, and the manager was even worse. Instead of trying to help or resolve problems, they were dismissive and unprofessional.
I would strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to stay somewhere else. It does not match its description, the service is unacceptable, and the staff clearly do not care about their guests. Save yourself the frustration and book another hotel.
Very disappointing stay. The hotel did not match its description: there was no entertainment, the TV didn't work, and the bathroom had signs of mold. The furniture and towels were old, the bedding was uncomfortable, and there was no Wi-Fi in the rooms (with only a very weak signal in a small common area). The front desk staff were rude, and to make matters worse, the hotel failed to provide the airport transfer we had arranged and did not inform us that it had been cancelled. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel.
I don't usually write reviews but I couldn't let this one go, arrived at 22.00 in the night to be given a room that was in the back corner, no balcony, opened the door to a room really old and poorly lit, to find mold and damp on the ceiling, paint flakes all over the bed, went to reception to complain, told to come bk in the morning, after multiple photos and phone calls to EJ we was moved room around tea time, room was a bit better but again really old and dull, breakfast wasn't the best but we ate out most of the time, pool area wasn't the cleanest, they don't clean around the area so all branches just left on mouldy sunbeds, only good thing about this hotel is the location, other than that I'd avoid this hotel, the man who waters the plants was always warm with a smile and Turkish bath was really good, we are not snobs by any means but this is probably the worst hotel we have stayed at, £3300 for 10 nights isn't cheap.....
I stayed here last year with some friends and had great time on the strength of that came back with my husband this year. Sadly it was nowhere near as good. We arrived very late and was shown to room 413 which is cabin like room next to the spa to say it gross is an understatement. I complained immediately and was told to go to reception at 9 am we never bothered unpacking and ended wearing the same clothes for 26 hours. Our room was changed with very little fuss on speaking to other guests they experienced the same. The breakfast left a lot to be desired so we ate out most days. Beds were ok room was clean with plenty of hot water. The hotel is now dominated mostly by Russians as is most of Turkey. Having been holidaying in various parts of Turkey for last 24 years sad to say we won’t return. On the plus side when my husband was very poorly one night while we were there and the young lad along with the security guard were amazing and we were eternally grateful for all their help in calling paramedics.
